We were cold without having the possibility of increasing the heating and without a heater in the bathroom. A nauseating odor forced us to close doors and windows coming from the paper mill (not mentioned). The beds are not refurbished while we pay 12 eur

The only disturbances were the smell of paper coming from the factory and the noise of the bathroom pipes which was very present in the rooms. It remains a pleasant house in a beautiful environment perfectly located between the village and the beach.

The holiday home is furnished in a modern style, but leaves a lot to be desired in terms of practicality in some places. The care of the house/property before arrival was rather poor.

Ideal for those seeking tranquility, located in a residential area, yet close to the ocean and lakes. A car is required to easily reach Mimizan Plage. There are plenty of parking spaces in the village as well as on the beaches. The bedrooms are very nicel

All perfect. Very large living room space, all clean and very functional. In the kitchen (to put a downside to the accommodation, I would put a board to cut food). But as I say the house has everything. There is a pedestrian path that is shared with peopl
