Great sized room. It was very comfortable and spacious. It was also clean upon check in. Lately we've noticed a lot of hotel rooms due to reduced housekeeping has not been as clean. The common areas were serviced and the staff were always very polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is great to light rail and is walkable to nearby attractions. Breakfast was an added bonus.

Definitely best place for any events downtown. Sad part is paying for parking. I do understand the fact that's in the cities but only since I moved to Minnesota did I ever have to "pay" for parking. The parking garage gave me sooo much anxiety. Food was amazing. I would stay again but I'll be looking for all including hotels for my next stay. Thank you though

Great breakfast and easy walk to the Target Center for a concert. Parking is spendy. Staff was very friendly.

There was a huge roach running around the bathroom - this was reported to the front desk when found at 10:30PM on our next to last night. They didn't have an available room to put us in, so we had to stay 2 nights with at least one roach running around. Ugh!

We were there for our daughter’s graduation which was at the university of Minnesota. The staff was awesome!! The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were on the top floor so the view was amazing. Hats off to all the staff. The bartender and the gentleman at the front desk were very friendly! Actually all the staff was! Thank you so much! We plan on staying there again if we come to the cities!!

This hotel was very disgusting, employees attitudes were even worst. Hotel room was dirty and filled with dust, trash bags were not inside of trash bags. We went out for hours and came back everything was still out of order and no new wash cloths or anything. Worst experience EVER!! We travel with Hyatt all the time, this will be our last. Do NOT!!!!! Recommend.
