I stayed one night here on my travels through Italy. I chose it for the location & pet-friendliness and was SO impressed! It was directly across from the beach and they even had a little welcome kit for my dog! The room is super small but perfect size for us overnight- plus there was a balcony with seating. They required room service because of my dog, which i preferred breakfast on the balcony anyways. Service was fantastic and there was a section of the beach set up for having a dog. Parking was behind the building in a lot with a locked bar you had to open and close yourself , but it was only 5€ and felt pretty safe. They don't want you to leave your dog alone, so that was a little inconvenient, but I had a car and it wasn't too hot so I could get around with her while I had dinner. Overall a great stay!

Amazing location when you like to dip your feet in the sea just a Few steps from your doorstep. Super friendly staff all way around. Room clean and comfortable with the best view 24/7. Breakfast is solid as you preorder it, but the dining room could be more cosy ( believe they are Working on it ;))

1) great location with few rooms facing the sea 2) extremely helpful staff speaking good english 3) decent breakfast (could be served in the room) 4) the only small downside - could be a bit noisy in the evening due to bar concerts and beach road

The room was smaller than expected having paid additional for a sea view executive. There was just about enough room for the twin beds, just not as easy when traveling with a friend.
Due to Covid breakfast was served in the bedroom again more than a little restrictive and the 1st hotel he had experienced this during our stay in Italy.
The staff however could not do enough to help, I would very much recommend ideal location, lovely beach area at a very reasonable price.

buona ospitalità in ambiente molto accogliente. anche i servizi spiaggia e gastronomia gradevoli.. posto ideale per trascorrere qualche giornata in tranquillità e fare qualche visita a cittadine e borghi veramente interessanti.

Tutto perfetto, la posizione il parcheggio riservato proprioalle spalle della struttura, la spiaggia riservata di fronte all' hotel. Camere piccole dotate di ogni confort, buona e abbondante la prima colazione, cortesia da parte di tutti. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare

Ci ritorneremo sicuramente! Comodissima anche la spiaggia di fronte l'hotel con lido privato. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno, camera pulita, servizio eccellente, personale gentilissimo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel per una sola notte. Giudizio molto positivo: tutto il personale molto accogliente e gentile, le camere pulite, ordinate e confortevoli. Il personale della Reception (sig.ne Laura e Valentina), all'altezza del loro incarico. Colazione molto ricca e genuina, servita in una sala luminosa e allegra. Un ringraziamento particolare al Dr. Daniel Franchi (titolare della struttura), che ci ha accolti da grande e sapiente "padrone di casa". Struttura di fronte al mare, con spiaggia privata e attrezzata. Posizione strategica ben collegata con bei posti da visitare. Sicuramente un hotel da consigliare sotto ogni punto di vista. Buon lavoro, e ancora... Complimenti!!!

Un hotel grazioso e confortevole, personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Un ringraziamento particolare a Daniele per averci permesso una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante e per la cura con cui ha accolto il nostro cagnolino. Una grande dimostrazione di civiltà.
