El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal fue amable. Las habitaciones son bastante confortables y las camas cómodas.

I did not realize it when I booked this hotel, but there are several Jose Antonio Hotels in Lima. I suppose it is something like a Hilton in the US. I was to join our travel group and was coming in early. So long story short, I booked the wrong Jose Antonio Hotel. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I arrived late from the US, and they couldn't find my reservation. The young man at the desk made a few phone calls, and he figured it out for me. I decided to just stay for one night and join the group the next day. The room was large and very nicely decorated. The hotel must be used as meeting and convention space as there are rooms, a very large reception area, and some beautiful artwork. I had a complimentary breakfast in the morning, and the coffee was exception. All in all, I was very happy I stayed there.

The location is great being near many restaurants and music venues. It’s also close to Kennedy Park and a short walk to the Love Statue and Larcomar Shopping Mall. It’s not far from Huaca Pucllana ; we walked there. So it’s well located. We were disappointed that there were no tissues provided and bottled water was only provided on day one. Breakfast was satisfactory but not a great selection in my opinion. We found it hard to sleep because of the night life music from it’s great location.

Very helpful staff. Nice rooms. Good restaurant and room service. But for me, the problem was noise. One side of the hotel is next to bars and discos and the music seeps into the rooms. The other side is next to one of the main streets in Miraflores jammed with honking traffic.

Staffs are very professional and friendly.
Property location is centrally located which allows walking activities or even taking public transportations.
The best is a visitor information center just around the corner and plenty of restaurants around.

We loved our stay in Miraflores! Big, clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect location! We were celebrating our anniversary and they sent a dessert plate up to our room. We would stay at this hotel again in the heartbeat!

Staff were excellent, they couldnt do enough for you, you could check in even after midnight, as i arrived at 2am.
Hotel is 10 star in my books, right near all the food outlets and Kennedy Park.
