Bastya Konferencia es Wellness Hotel

Zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj na cztery noce w interesach. Pokój był ogromny z wygodnymi siedzeniami i dwoma telewizorami. Minibar był dobrze zaopatrzony, a ceny całkiem rozsądne. Parking przed hotelem jest płatny, ale z tyłu znajduje się bezpłatny parking. Jedzenie w restauracji było znakomite i po przystępnej cenie. Śniadanie było dość standardowe, ale kiedy zapasy były na wyczerpaniu w bardzo pracowity poranek, potrzeba więcej wysiłku, aby je zatrzymać. Cena, którą zapłaciłem za pokój, była niższa niż w Premier Inn, więc byłem zachwycony. Polecam i na pewno zatrzymam się tu ponownie.

Hotel był lepszy niż czytałem w komentarzach. Pokój był ładny i czysty, w centrum odnowy biologicznej woda była ciepła i świetna, śniadanie smakowało dobrze! Personel był pomocny :) Hotel był lepszy niż to, co czytamy w komentarzach. pokój był czysty i ładny, woda w basenie wellness i jacuzzi była cieplejsza, śniadanie było pyszne! A pracownicy byli mili!

Zła obsługa, nieprofesjonalny personel, nieczyste pokoje, które w ogóle nie są sprzątane, łóżka złej jakości - stare i zużyte. To na pewno nie jest 4-gwiazdkowy hotel. Ktoś powinien sprawdzić kategoryzację tego hotelu.

I wanted to have a nice family dinner with my husband and kid and came across this Bastya Wellness hotel. We arrived at 7 pm and ordered our appetizers and drinks by 7:15 pm with approximately 10 guests in the restaurant including my family. The server a young woman came across and took our main course order at 7:30. At 8 pm the restaurant only had my family and one other couple left inside. Around 8:10 I proceeded to find someone to figure out what was taking so long with our food. This time I approached a server a young man who responded to me that I should be patient and that the kitchen was busy, which I in turn responded I would’ve been if someone had come over to our table and explained to us what was taking so long and the restaurant is empty. After the young man's response to me, my husband and I decided after a brief discussion to leave, and sure enough, our food arrived at 8:13 pm exactly. While I struggled to eat a well-done steak after I asked for medium rare I spoke to another person who was attached to the hotel whose name is Zolton. I asked Zolton if he was the supervisor and he said no as he continued to listen to my frustration. While we tried to make the best of the meal we were not happy so decided to leave. On our way to pay the bill, we were informed by the same rude server that we got a discount because the food took too long. I would just like to say thank you to Zolton but the restaurant staff need to get their act together.

We had superior room with updated (double sink) bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. Two balconies with great views. Huge suite with big bedroom and sitting room. Location to Cave Baths easy walk. A little retail ***** with individual kiosk about 3/4 finished on short trail to cave baths. Across the street really nice park for strolling.Breakfast was delicious. We also had lunch and dinner there with traditional Hungarian dishes that reminded me of my childhood.

If I’m taking time to write such detailed and negative feedback, believe me I have a good reason to do so. After travelling a fair amount of time in my life in Hungary and abroad I can genuinely say that this hotel is by far my worst experience. This hotel does NOT meet the expectations of a 4* hotel nor a wellness hotel. I hope my very valid complaints will be heard by the owners/managers and taken into consideration for improvement. Hotel: genuinely tired looking and the cleanliness is very much questionable. Looks all right at the first glance but once you look at it closely you can see tat it’s not up to scratch. Balcony was filthy with heavy dust (no excuse needed in response as I’m stating facts), peeling wallpapers, mouldy bathroom. Also, a terrible sewage smell lingering around the corridors and my bathroom for sure. This has been reported twice during my stay but not been once acknowledged. Rooms: asked for a large double bed (as the option given in ***********)but was given two single beds pushed together so I ended up being squeezed into the gap night after night as I was sharing my room with two small children. Mattress was also very soft and rather uncomfortable. Nonetheless, my sleepless nights were made even worse by the two industrial size fans under my window going off in every hour. It was particularly bad at night and broke my sleep night after night. Yet again, I’ve complained about it but no room change was offered, only to be told we will look into this and left as it was. Thx! Not to mention the fact, that even the simplest hotel would stock their rooms with a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. Well, this so called 4* hotel had none of it and when asked for it I was told that they don’t offer it. When I wanted to take my coffee from the breakfast into my room to enjoy it on my balcony I was told it’s not allowed BUT I can buy one from the bar. What a joke! Adding to the ridiculously poor quality of this hotel, the bathroom had no shampoo, shower gel ect only a foamy soap in a wall dispenser. This is not acceptable if you are running and charging for a 4* hotel. Stocking your rooms with coffee,tea,shampoo ect should be basics!!! Towels are small, bathrobes are thin and cheap quality and I could keep going on and on about the list of issues… Wellness: dirty and tired; very old equipments in the gym where half naked soaking wet men were tossing around with some weights, the place should be managed and not allowing people in there from the pools. The floor was wet and unsafe. Some saunas didn’t work and the indoor pools were very very small and dirty with no fresh air. Very unpleasant environment and not relaxing at all. The outdoor pool was out of service to my greatest disappoin**ent. Had I known that the outdoor pool wasn’t working I wouldn’t have bothered booking in this hotel. This wasn’t brought to my attention during the booking in the description on ***********, nor during the confirmation emails. I felt ripped o

We spent 2 nights in the hotel. We had a warm welcome, they escorted us to our room. The room is not a luxury suite, but it was clean, and apart from the 2 bugs that disturbed us at night, we were satisfied with everything. They probably came in when a balcony door was open. The wellness section was included in the price and we really enjoyed the pools. Unfortunately, the gym was closed, and I couldn't open the door, but it wasn't necessary to ask for help at the reception. Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, and you can choose from high-quality and exceptionally tasty dishes. The restaurant definitely received an excellent rating from me. Unfortunately, we had to pay separately for drinks at dinner, they were not included in the basic price. I will spend much more time here next time.

Service was terrible. The room where dirty and more like an Old 2star than 4star. The food was not good. The people gave a bad service and where rude, including the owner. I would not recommend this place to Anyone. The only thing that was allright was the spapart, everything Else very bad. Not satisfied at all. Comparing to 3star hotels everywhere Else around the world this was way worse than any of them.
