Kokopelli West

Great place in Moab. Very clean, comfortable bed, good shower overall and an excellent stay

Kokopelli West was a wonderful stay while in Moab. Extremely clean rooms with a small well stocked kitchen. There is a hot tub on property which was much needed after a long day at the parks. Such a great experience and would definitely choose Kokopelli West again!

Kokopelli West is a wonderful place to stay! Located right in the middle of Moab, it is a cute collection of 10 tiny houses in a U-shape. In the courtyard you will find a grill, seating, and a hot tub. The houses are cozy, clean, and well-stocked with items to make cooking simple meals easy. The bed is comfortable, shower hot, and heating/cooling system easy to use. The location makes walking to many restaurants and bars very easy. The ease of accessing the rented house via emailed door code worked very well. I have already recommended others to stay here, and will continue to recommend to others visiting the area.

Our family of 4 stayed at this lovely place for a weekend of hiking and exploring. It was the perfect Basecamp! The beds were comfortable and having the built in bunk beds were great for the kids! The kitchen has everything you needed to make a meal. Pots, pans, cooking untilcils, strainers, storage containers even spices and cooking spray. There was a Keurig, toaster, 2 burner stovetop and a full size fridge. The hot tub was very relaxing after hiking and they provided large beach towels in addition to bathroom towels. The property is very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for a family of 4! We were able to walk everywhere in town. The bunkbeds gave the kids a space of their own. The setup was very comfortable. The only criticism is that there is not a table in the room to eat at. There is a bar that will seat two. Would stay there again.

Location was excellent to be able to walk around to shops and dining. The housekeeper (Jennifer) was so kind & helpful and made us feel welcome. The unit , while small was comfortable and modern. We would definitely stay there on our next trip. Something that we would have liked that was missing was some hooks for hanging backpacks, jackets, etc. being there is limited space .

We loved the individual tiny houses! The mural and modern decor were charming! Would come again!

Good and bad, this is my honest opinion of my stay. Booking was easy and communication with the host was great. I received the entry code before arriving. I loved the location, It is off the busy main street, quiet, but still walking distance from many places to eat and shop. The first thing I noticed was the parking area was almost full. There are 10 units and only 9 regular parking spots and one handicap. If you get a spot, don't leave! We drove to get dinner and when we returned, all spots were filled, even the no parking area next to the handicap had a vehicle. We stayed in unit 8 which is in the back. Nice and quiet, or so I thought. It was next to the hot tub which had 5 noisy people up late. Upon entering the tiny home, it felt like just that - a tiny home! Anything and everything you could want was here. It is obvious there was a lot of time and attention to details put into these rooms. An incredible use of space. Fridge doors need reversed. There was an odor of bleach which makes you think it has been cleaned and disinfected well. The bed was large and comfortable. The previous guest may have been sasquatch, as there were hairs (long and short) in the bed sheets. What really was the shocker was finding that the toilet had been used and not flushed, which begs the question - had this place really been cleaned? There were also hairs on and around the toilet. We can overlook a lot, but a "used" toilet was an unacceptable find. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, cups, glasses, etc., as well as basics, like herbs & spices.
