the room was clean, neat & everything worked well! (i.e hairdryer, free Netflix, air-conditioning, water heater, drinking water dispenser) we could also check-in early for P200/hr & conveniently sign up for the sardine run & canyoneering thru the hotel (prices were also fair & not a scam & everything from A to Z was arranged by them!) they also provided us with their WhatsApp throughout our stay so we could get their help to book the tuktuk for us around the island at a fair price! location was also great! just 10-20 mins away from the Jollibee bus stop and plenty of cafes/ restaurants/ spa/ convenience store right along the street of the hotel! Panagsama beach is also just a 15 mins stroll away~ really loved their hospitality & professioanlism too! everyone speaks English well,, we ran out of cash for the tuktuk on the last day & had just enough for our bus ride back to Cebu City & they were able to take our tuktuk payment via card so that we can have enough cash left~ thank you harman suites! it was a really comfortable & safe stay for us 2 Muslim girls xx

The lady at reception was very helpful. When we checked in, there was no electricity and no shower gel, but the staff quickly called a technician to fix the power and replaced the shower gel immediately. The location is ideal—it's very close to the Sardine Run, with restaurants, shops, and massage places right around the corner. You can also get complimentary equipment at the reception. When we checked out, another lady at the desk was equally helpful; she called my driver and made sure they arrived on time. I truly appreciate everything they did for us!

To put this review in context, I stayed in Manila for a couple of days then took the bus for a few hours so by the time I got there I was ready to appreciate things more. Speaking of the bus, you see reviews on YouTube that advise you to pay a few more pesos for the air-conditioned bus, but they don't talk about the stops, seat condition, or filling all seats. If you are thinking this is like ADO Bus in Mexico, you'll be disappointed. Back at the hotel, I stayed in room 1 and it was relatively quiet for the most part. Did the Canyoneering with them and borrow their free PFD. Big TV with Netflix and AC is cold. I wish they would cleanup after the neighbor's dogs. If I go back, I'll probably stay at the same place because of the convent location. Two minutes walk to the rocky beach which you should get water shoes for. It won't keep you from slipping and sliding though. You'll need a mask to see fish and sea turtles in this clearwater. Don't forget to bring 100 pesos every day to snorkel. If they don't have anything to borrow at the hotel, you can rent anything including an action camera. You can also buy near the beach for a relatively high price or rent a scooter and ride to Moalboal. For 350 pesos it pays for itself.

Great service from Vena from check-in until checkout. She arranged all our transport n water activities for us. This place is v well located with nice restaurants n variety of cuisine.

Awesome place to live during our 3 nights at Moalboal. The reception was friendly and helped my wife when she was injured. There is even a security officer after 10pm and the hotel is new. Great hotel to live in. Cheers.
