Everything is excellent comfortable bed very clean room breakfast was perfect karen and David excellent hosts thank you so much for a lovely stay great location for knutsford Very friendly and helpful great atmosphere highly recommended for any occasion 😀

Brilliant place to stay . If only you could give places 5 Star Plus . Great hosts . Lovely comfy and clean accommodation. Great breakfast in the morning (I am a veggie ) with perfect poached eggs. Easy to book online. Good parking . Easy to find . Would happily return and definitely recommend people to stay if you need a base in the area .

This was our third stay at Laburnam Cottage Guest House and once again, we were very pleased with our stay. The hosts greeted us warmly and offered milk for tea straight away. The room was lovely with a huge King sized bed and a terrific shower. We slept so well ahead of our journey back to Canada. Breakfast was made to order and totally delicious! We love this guest house because the hosts are so welcoming. It is just a quick 25 minute drive to Manchester Airport and there is a super fantastic pub (The Bull's Head) just a mile away (very walkable). We'll be sure to stay when we are next in the area!

Karen and Karl run a tight ship and Laburnum cottage will always be our No.1 choice when we are in the area. Great service with a friendly touch. Very comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. We love the bedrooms in the annexe. Highly recommended

Extended family stayed as we attended a wedding at Owens Barn. Our hosts were warm and friendly and knowledgable about the ares and helped us to sort a minibus to the venue. All the rooms were really spotless and the beds were super comfy. Cooked breakfast was very good. Coffee, tea & water in the room. Car parking at the front and nice garden area to sit in at the back.

A very warm welcome from friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean and well provided for accommodation and very comfortable beds. Great breakfast and the location is ideal for events at Tatton Park. Wide parking spaces for anyone going to a motoring event.

There is nothing my wife and I disliked about this Guest House. From the moment we booked to the moment we left, it was good vibes all the way. We had three different rooms, due to our itinerary. Every one was very well appointed, comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice, something for everyone, I'm sure. Karen and Karl, the hosts, try very hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible, nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely go back.

We stayed with Karen and Karl while celebrating our daughter's wedding and they couldn't have been more welcoming or accommodating! Everything was spot on...location, rooms, breakfast. Would highly recommend

This is my go to place when visiting Knutsford, I always get a friendly welcome, the rooms are clean and have a tv, kettle, tea and coffee, and the breakfast is the best ever. I’ve stayed in other hotels and b&b’s but this is far and away the best. 100% recommend.
