Rodzinie spędziliśmy miły tydzień wakacji zimowych marzec 2022. Miła obsługa, czyste pokoje, wyśmienite śniadania. Fantastyczne SPA - polecamy wszystkim - zwłaszcza po dniu spędzonym na stoku. Miła obsługa Miejsce parkingowe Skiroom

Zatrzymaliśmy się na 5 dni z dość elastycznym harmonogramem. Dodawanie dni do rezerwacji nie było problemem, a gdy jeden z naszych planów został odwołany z powodu warunków pogodowych, anulowanie dnia również było bezpłatne. Hotel ma e-MTB do wynajęcia za bardzo uczciwą cenę, spa jest naprawdę świetne, pokoje są czyste z dobrymi prysznicami. Na śniadanie wszystko jest przygotowywane na świeżo (nawet sok multivit i jogurt), a personel jest bardzo przyjazny przez cały czas.

The hotel is very pretty. It's a good starting point for excursions in the mountains. The cook is an artist. Each dish is beautifully presented and so delicious 😋 The landscape around the place is breathtaking. A place to go again and again

I along with my friends stayed here for 1 night. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was the best of the whole trip. Valentina and Donatello were really friendly. Having arrived by motorcycle in the rain it was a pleasant surprise to get to use the ski room to dry all our gear. If I had to fault anything it would be the shower door . It was a squeeze to get in but probably a good sign to remind myself I need to do something about being horizontally challenged . Will be back

Perfect ski holiday La Serenella is a perfect choice for a ski holiday: the service, the food, the location of the hotel are excellent. Everything is organised in a such a way that you need to think only about ski. We will definetly return!

Excellent Hotel . Great staff , excellent breakfast , nice clean room . Stayed with group of motorcycling freinds , had secure underground parking and ski dry room was a bonus to dry our wet gear. Highly recommend.

Our first time stay at Hotel La Serenella. Everything was wonderful from the room with a view, the helpful staff and best food in the valley! Our stay was beyond expectations and would give it our highest recommendation.

Very nice staff and a very good breakfast. Regional food and fresh made juices and eggs. Room was very tidy, not the most modern equipment but it is totally fine and I like it when it’s not the most modern style.

Ottimo sevizio, con una attenzione al cliente che va oltre al tradizionale “servizio”, con un calore costante, ma senza essere eccessivo o comunque invadente. Prezzo adeguato alla struttura e al servizio.
