Mitsis Galini

Excellent staff but the amenities need a renovation. Throughout the years amenities such as water jets in outdoor pools have stopped working and have never been fixed.

We enjoyed our stay at Mitsis Galini hotel. The stuff was friendly, the room had a nice view of the sea and the pool and both the dinner and the breakfast were above the expectations. We will definitely come back!

Απογοήτευση! Τα επίπεδα εξυπηρέτησης εξαιρετικά χαμηλά. Στη ρεσεψιόν λες και έπρεπε να συνδεθεί ένας με ένα σε μηχάνημα για να εξυπηρετήσουν. Η κράτηση ήταν δίκλινο με παιδί και βρίσκουμε διπλό κρεβάτι με δυο στρώματα. Χρειάστηκε να καλέσω 4 φορές στη ρεσεψιόν για να έρθουν και μετά τον μεσημεριανό υπνο. Στην πισινα κυνηγάμε το προσωπικο για παραγγελια και στα σπα μάλλον δεν θέλουν να δουλευουν εκει, αλλιώς δεν εξηγείται η συμπεριφορά τους. Οι καμαριέρες το πιο ευγενικό προσωπικο του ξενοδοχείου θα έλεγα.

Καταπληκτική πισίνα! Οι ιαματικές δεν με τρέλαναν το φαγητό και ο μπουφές πλούσιο και νόστιμο. Οι εγκαταστάσεις （κυρίως το δωμάτιο） για 5 αστέρων δεν ήταν, ωστόσο για την τιμή του ήταν οκ. Το σπά αδιάφορο και η υποδοχή όχι και τόσο ευγενική. Ενα τεράστιο αρνητικό είναι τα άπειρα κουνούπια που υπήρχαν （εντός του δωματίου） που είναι απόλυτα λογικό με βουνό απο τη μια θάλασσα απο την άλλη και 3 πισίνες μπροστά, ωστόσο απο 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο θα περίμενα τουλάχιστον ένα αντικουνουπικό στο δωμάτιο!!

SCAM! THE WEBSITE AND THE HOTEL ARE NOT THE SAME! I stayed for 4 nights in the Mitsis Galini resort. Before booking my short stay i visited the website featuring alot of wonderful services and Dining options available at the hotel. I have previously visited 2 other hotels under the Mitsis brand (Grand Hotel and Rinella) which boasted a great "all-inclusive" option, so I decided to go ahead and book the all inclusive option with this hotel as I have had a great experience in the other mitsis hotels. Much to my disappoin**ent when I arrived to the hotel, and checked in and I inquired on how to book the steak house only to find out that it was not opened at all! We had already had plans to have a special dinner here for an anniversary. We also then decided to venture out to the Isabella beach bar and to have a swim on the beach and again- closed down and almost looks like it is in ruins also there is no beach umbrellas up on the beach to sit under at all!  Choosing the all "all-inclusive" options in the other mitsis hotels usually include the mini bar and at the very least water. In mitsis gallini the mini bar comes at a charge and doesn't include complementary water. Even after choosing all inclusive option - I had asked if I could make up a small cheese plate from the buffet to bring into the bar area (less that 20 meters away) I was told that they couldn't do that but I could buy a cheese platter from the bar, which I did do costing €10.50. To my surprise this was made up by a waiter from the cheeses that was in the buffet. This hotel also boasts on the website - "We have thought of everything so that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest! Matching the calm environment and nature of the hotel -Galini is an absolute stress-free zone for guests of all ages. " This I find to be not true as over 4 coach bus loads of teenagers came to stay at the hotel and stayed up till all hours of the night till early hours of the morning out on balconies playing music and partying with thier friends from thier balconies. The main pool was not available for the majority of our stay- which would not of been as bad if we were able to sit at the beach bar or under the umbrellas at the beach which is clearly shown on the official mitsis galini instagram page (@mitsisgalini-16 March 2022). Also on this official instagram page there is a more recent post stating - "Travel through a culinary journey and let us introduce you to a world full of aromas and flavours through the exciting menus offered at our hotel!" (@mitsisgalini- 27th February 2024) There is no resturant that offered this- there is a single buffet style resturant, that was the only resturant to get food in. I have started to plan to have 7 nights in mitsis faliraki with my kids in October and I now I am not sure if I will go ahead with this. The 4 days we chose to spend in Mitsis galini, trusting the mitsis name, was not at all up to par with, firstly the website and secondly the other mitsis l

Everything was fine. The services, the recreational areas, the location, the food, the staff, the view on both sides, like the mountain and the seaside. Certainly, we will come back. The food was really amazing, typical Greek with no interventions.

It was a beautiful resort for business and family holidays . Friendly staff , rich breakfast , clean room with sea view . Near the archeological place of Delhi. Fireplace in the bar and the Cafe. Romantic piano music . Everything was great . A place for couples, families , business trips and hot baths for the elderly

this hotel is one of the nicest establishments i’ve ever visited abroad. the decor, rooms, views, pools are all an absolute treat and a joy - especially the thermal pools within the spa! not to mention every single member of staff are an absolute delight. the receptionists? legends. the cleaners? legends. the restaurant staff? legends ; and most of all the waiting and bar staff one hundred percent pure LEGENDS. my friends and i give special thanks to the waitress at the bar with the top lip piercing - she took incredible care of us all holiday and was so sweet as well as hilarious. she is absolutely incredible and deserves a pay rise immediately!! all the staff here were absolutely lovely and if i had enough money i would’ve tipped all of them a 20 each. 10 / 10 experience. loved it.

"Galini" means tranquility! It absolutely true. Amazing Spa, plenty tasty food and wonderful cheerful service. Rooms very warm, beds comfortable and everywhere cleanness. Thank you Mitsis Galini Team!
