The place is very friendly I like the staff mostly at the reception and the restaurant.the rooms are really specious and the pool the kids really loved it,the water fall at the pool.winnie GRO was very friendly.

Everything in the facility is as per my expectation. The staff are very friendly and welcoming (Winnie Ngache is gooood vibes). The food is wonderful. Amazing and lovely staff.really enjoyed my stay.

Friendly receptionists, who always welcome with a bright smile, friendly and escorting with pleasure, sweet meals with various options, great room services. It was a secure place with conducive spacious rooms.

The hotel staff are very friendly and they love to assist.the reception Lady Winnie was very chearful and ready to show direction.the rooms were so comfortable and clean.The meals were so fantastic.this was a very nice experience

The hotel staff were very friendly. The food was really amazing.we had a nice time with my friends. The staff at the reception are the best so professional in their work.the rooms also were so clean and internet was good

I loved everything about the Hotel, location,service,hygen and internet👍 You people are the best, you made my holiday memorable. Shout out to Winnie, she was exemplary👌,She was of great help to us since it was our first time in Mombasa. Thank you pride inn.👏

The receptionist was really welcoming i think her name was winnie.And the food also was amazing. We stayed there for a few days and really enjoyed being there. The room was also quite spacious and kept clean.
