This aparthotel is absolutely lovely. I had a gorgeous spacious apartment on the 7th floor, with views over Monaco and the sea. There was also a balcony - which I wasn't expecting. The apartment was modern, airy and fully equipped and there's a pool on the roof. Breakfast was nice - and ran until 10.30! So top marks for that. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to ****** square and the railway station is also about 10 minutes away, so a great situation. There is a little market on the street on Sunday and there is a ****** supermarket about a minute away as well as a wholefood supermarket. Staff were helpful and friendly. Fantastic.

Our stay was at the end of July ,and we had a two night stay. We had two sea view rooms, with lovely views ,the rooms being clean and very comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar and also at the Horizon Rooftop, where we had both breakfast and lunch. The breakfast is excellent, so much choice plus a chef for eggs of your choice etc. The lunch buffet is also excellent , and complimentary bottled water included. We took a trip to the beach - you get transported in a buggy so no walking , and we enjoyed our morning there - you will be allocated to The Fairmonts beds rather than choosing your position, but theses beds are complimentary. The toilet , lockers and shower facilities here are very good. We also used the pool (Nikki Beach). Again the Fairmont guests have an area of complimentary sun beds - not the large day beds directly by the pool, but for us that wasn’t a problem as ours were a little quieter. We did have a 6 year old with us and we had fun in the pool - he was the only child there though! The Fairmont is not cheap - everything is expensive…..but that is what we expected from Monte Carlo. It is in an excellent position, has a fantastic view over the hairpin, staff brilliant, food and drinks top notch, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Was slightly nervous after reading some of the reviews but what a lovely surprise on our arrival. Incredible location close to the ******, port and station and perfect hotel to explore Monaco. Rooms very clean and quiet. Would highly recommend as also great value for money. Tip: if you are arriving by train. At station, exit onto princess boulevard, turn right and a few yards later you will see the lift on the other side of the road. Go up this and then opposite to next lift. Go up again and then turn left. Hotel a few yards on right. Literally about 7 mins max from station.

The hotel is located near the old town, and the rooms on the highest floor are good even if there is no sea view. The view of the coffee bar on the roof is even better. The room facilities are good and the price/performance ratio is very good. One of the waitresses at breakfast seemed to have an unfriendly attitude. Maybe she thought we ate too much? Ha ha. Menton was a surprise for us, it is very beautiful. If you don’t have luggage, you can take the train to the station further north, and then walk along the seaside avenue to the old town, so you don’t have to walk back and forth on the beautiful but long coastal road twice.

The main body of the hotel is not very large, but the garden and swimming pool contained in the hotel are not small. The whole hotel is very exquisite. The lobby, room, garden and other parts are carefully arranged. Gives a noble and elegant taste. Used the second main meal and were very satisfied! Because the area around the hotel is a wealthy villa area, you must make a reservation before dining. The season we go to is not high season, but the restaurant is basically full. Hotel service is consistently high throughout the seasons. Overall very satisfied!

The bathroom partition in the room is very poor, the shower bathroom is full of water, the four-star hotel only provides paper cups, it is easy to rot the store, and it will not help to change the initiative overnight, the bathroom hair dryer is very old and faulty. The water output of the shower head is very small. The quality of the bed is medium. The breakfast quality is medium, probably only Samsung. I had to iron my shirt in the morning because I had to attend an important occasion, that is, I chose this hotel because I saw that the hotel had this service. When I arrived at the ironing room, none of the two irons could be used. At that time, it was about 8:00. I responded to the hotel about this matter and said that I needed to go out to attend important occasions at 10:00. They said they would deal with it and notify me. At about 8:40, I will ask again. The counter told me that the repair staff would not come until 9:00, and said they would call me again. When I waited until 9:30, there was no audio. I called the counter again. They said that they would reply to my situation in 2 minutes. The result was not returned. I called back again. This time it was more exaggerated and I didn't answer my phone at all. It didn't answer until 9:45. I rushed downstairs to prepare my shirt, and it was fine, and when it went down, an iron with a large rusty print was printed directly on my white shirt, and ruined my whole shirt, for there was no time, and I could only go to the hotel counter and tell them to tell me before I came back What they were going to do about it, and after I came back in the evening, there was no audio, as if there was nothing at all. I just took my shirt and asked them to deal with it. If it was something I would not claim. The next morning, when I went to get the shirt, they washed the shirt, but the obvious print was still on it, the counter told me that it was 15 euros to wash one, not my money. When I heard it, I was really mad. Did you figure out the situation? Is it their hotel iron that broke my shirt, making me look like a Okee who asked someone to do my laundry for free? The counter also told me that they had changed the iron in the last two weeks. Although they could not be verified, it was really outrageous. I came to see that iron later, and it was not like it had only been used for two weeks. Finally, after the counter manager came out, I was willing to compensate my shirt for 40 euros. Because the shirt itself had been depreciated, I didn't pursue it again, otherwise it was not only this value. The overall service feels very poor, the equipment is also very backward, and I will never stay again.

We have had an amazing stay. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I was contacted a couple of days prior to our stay, because there was an issue with the payment. This mistake was completely my fault, but the hotel was very helpful and nice and we solved it in the end. When we arrived we were so fortunate to have been upgraded, despite the hassle I brought to the hotel, with the payment error. The room was amazing, and clean, and when we checked out we received a little parting gift of lavender in a pouch. The hotel is very centrally located, and I would definitely visit again! Hôtel très bien situé pour notre pars il y avait une vue mer très appréciable Le plus est bien sur la thalassothérapie (hamam sauna piscine à eau de mer ) Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment très professionnel et en adéquation avec l’établissement La chambre est spacieuse avec un coin cuisine adapté dans un placard La salle de bain est petite mais suffisamment grande deux personnes ( lavo et baignoire) Le joint de la paroi de douche étais totalement noir se qui m’a vraiment surpris Le support serviette sous le lavabo avait des pointe de rouille Les articles se trouvant dans la cuisine sont bien mais ils manquent tous même de diversité Pas de sel de poivre de sucre Pas de couteaux pour couper cuisiner (malgré une planche à découper) Le lave-vaisselle étais vraiment très sale nombreuses tache de rouille se qui ne donne pas envie de faire la vaisselle dedans Les plaque de parquet plastique étaient très mal posé elles bougent quand on marche dessus Dans un des placards un kit confort totalement vide 😳 Les peignoirs sont à loué au début du séjour Le restaurant de l’hôtel propose une très belle vue surtout en terrasse

The Hotel Martinez was the perfect home base for an amazing trip to Cannes. Perfect location across from the beach but almost dead center in either direction of all the sites. Exceptional staff, the smiles made us smile all week. All leading to a constant feel of relaxation and enjoyment of the destination.

I have had a fantastic experience at this hotel during the MIPIM conference. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the reception desk is super helpful.
