L hôtel vient de réouvrir après des travaux, il est presque vide , chambre côté rue trop de bruit malgré j’ai demandé une chambre vue sur mer avec décoration florale rien du tous, petit déjeuner pauvre pas digne d’un 3 étoiles , le receptionist ne me rend pas la monnaie soit disant il n’as pas de change , même le lendemain, c’est de l’arnaque , bref déçu je recommande pas cet hôtel.

Hotel w stylu orientalnym,hol robi niesamowite wrażenie.Jedzenie dobre,troszkę monotonne i dosyć pikantne.Pizza i naleśniki uwielbiane przez mojego syna.Plaża ładna,morze ciepłe.W basenie również w miarę ciepła woda.Obsługa w hotelu sympatyczna,szczególnie na ''stołówce'',na basenie i na plaży.Zjeżdzalnie otwarte tylko w wyznaczonych godzinach ale syn i tak miał frajdę.Pokoje codziennie sprzątane.Hotel idealny dla osób lubiących orientalne klimaty P.s.animacje dla dzieci mega fajne chociaż nie codziennie

Przebywałem teraz w tym Hotelu jest schludny jedzenia w dostatek .Osoby prowadzące animacje są bardzo aktywne dla dzieci i dorosłych.Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane obsługa hotelu bardzoila i uprzejma...Plaza w miarę czysta praktycznie nie ma się do czego przyczepić

Bardzo ładny architektonicznie hotel oddający klimat krajów arabskich. Widać było kilka niedociągnięć ale byliśmy przed sezonem i obsługa pracowała nad usunięciem usterek więc nie popsuło to ogólnego wrażenia. Blisko lotniska. Super obsługa: recepcjoniści pomocni i uśmiechnięci, kelnerzy mili i uprzejmi, wielkie ukłony dla menadżera Walida i animatora Enzo. Jedzenie smaczne i różnorodne. Plaża czysta pod kontrolą ratowników. Blisko do Monastiru małego miasteczka gdzie w małych uliczkach medyny można poczuć klimat arabskiej kultury. Nieco dalej do Sussy większego miasta gdzie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Tunezja jest krajem muzułmańskim ale nie odczuliśmy żadnych przejawów wrogości wobec Europejczyków nawet późną nocą- czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Bardzo podobała mi się tradycja negocjowania cen z handlarzami (ustalenie ceny za magnes na lodówkę trwało 20 minut). Jeśli ktoś jest nastawiony na poznawanie innych kultur a nie tylko leżenie przy basenie to z pełną odpowiedzialnością polecamy, my z całą pewnością tam wrócimy.

Wifi working only in reception Rooms not cleaned during 3 nights Many things missing and we got them only after claim like drap, "windows blinds".. Ants in some rooms. To have food in restaurant this was the worst thing: you have to queue for long period and wait plate washing, bring food every few minute... You will not be able to have all food and fruit Pool ans see was acceptable.

I have stayed in hostels, AirBnBs, and hotels. There has only been one place worse, and it was a hostel. The outside can be deceiving. When first arrived, about 4:30am, found ants all in the bathroom sink. They moved me to another room. lipstick marks are on the bed sheets. Went to use the bathroom later, there were ants in the toilette area (part is separate from sink and shower). I moved to a third room. Was not the best, but at least did not have ants. The food was pretty bland. Pretty much the same food every night. Was there for almost 2-weeks, and they offered fish 3x. Fish were the same type, just a little bigger than anchovies. Was surprise because a lot of fishery in the area. Location was terrible. Many hotels are along the road. To get anywhere, one has to take a taxi or a bus. I ended up taking taxis cause there were no bus schedules, even at the bus stops. Not a 3 star hotel.

Hard to write a review, the staff tried their hardest to make our stay pleasant. 10/10 for their efforts. We were greeted with drinks at reception on arrival after swapping hotels to this one. The first night I woke up with ants crawling all over me. The next morning housekeeping sprayed something to kill them. The food is basic but we asked them to cook chips and nuggets for the kids and they happily made it each day. They supplied yoghurts and butter when asked. The hotel is run down and in need of a lot of work but this was a cheap holiday so we got what we paid for. The pool was great for the first couple of days until it turned green and smelt like swamp water. They quickly added chlorine and we were able to swim in the pool after 5 hours. But this caused one of the kids to have an ear infection. On the last day we started to become quite ill, after getting home we contacted the doctors after thinking it was food poisoning, but we’re told we have ecoli and are waiting for confirmation on which strain it is. This could be a lovely hotel with some work done to it.

First three days we were in the wrong hotel then we finally got to the right hotel . The food is simple and ok . It's the same foods day in day out . Tunisian foods only . So if you love your chips etc , then this place is for you . You have to pay for bottled water as you can't drink out of the tap . The staff are friendly and helpful . The beach is nice but if you want water sports they're further down the beach in other hotel areas . The beach men are lovely and helpful who look after this beach hotel . This beach area doesn't get cleaned everyday . Rubbish scattered everywhere and dangerous . Health and safety is not a priority . You also get pestered by sellers and when you say " No " , they don't like and they keep trying . The rooms are basic , no kettles . There is a flat screen tv and you have to ask for a control . There is two inside shops . Very useful . The cleaners are lovely and clean ever day . Entertainment is a joke ! Same rubbish music day in day out . They don't listen to you when you ask for varied music for all cultures . The swimming is great . Large pool , infinity pool , two toddlers pools . Cleaned everyday . Two water slides as well . There is a local guide and asks if you want to go on excursions . I believe they are very good according to my 28 year old son .
