It is not réal 4 stars for me. Réception staff is really lovely.
But room condition is bad and old , smells not good.
It's almost staff are lovely.
Just want to say " seller of bracelets + henna" he make really bad mode for all clients .
Don't approach there, if you not buy, he make you uncomfortable all sejour.
Be careful!!!
Or every thing was good !

Super Hotel :) Hotel położony między Monastyrem a Sousse, mniej więcej 15 minut taxi w kazda stronę. Bardzo blisko do lotniska w Monastyrze. Już od wejścia czuć miła i ciepłą atmosferę - recepcjoniści cały czas uśmiechnięci i bardzo pomocni. ~Pokoje - czyste, codziennie sprzątane, pościel i ręczniki wymieniane również codziennie. ~Restauracja - jedzenie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, myślę że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Przepyszna pizza i kanapki :) Kelnerzy mili, stoliki zawsze przygotowane dla gości tj. woda, napoje, wino ~Animacje - bardzo fajni animatorzy ( szczególnie Ahmed i Fabio) uśmiechnięci, bardzo przyjaźni, zabawni oraz pomocni. Od godzin porannych gry i zabawy a wieczorami show - codziennie coś innego od pokazów tanecznych do pokazów "regionalnych". Dyskoteka na powietrzu. Na terenie hotelu 2 sklepy ze wszystkim - olejki do opalania, kosmetyki, pamiątki, papierosy, sklep z biżuteria, fryzjer i spa (serdecznie polecam super super peeling i masaz no i hammam oczywiście) Hotel położony przy plaży. 2 baseny w tym 1 ze zjeżdżalnią. Snack Bar przy basenie - codziennie naleśniki z czekoladą, lody, popcorn no i pizza. Ogólnie hotel bardzo bezpieczny i czysty. Bardzo przyjazny. Super pomocni i życzliwi ludzie. Polecam polecam polecam :)

Super animatorzy super baseny super jedzenie dobra obsługa. Hotel przeżył swoją swietlnosc jak i pokoje w nim. Animacje na super poziomie codziennie inne jedzenie czasem monotonne ale w smaku dobre. Barmani i kelnerzy na super poziomie, animatorzy nadrabiają niedociągnięcia w hotelu.

Hotel leżący niedaleko jednego z największych miast Tunezji kontynentalnej Sousse- max 20 minut taxi. Prywatna, piaszczysta plaża, bardzo dobre i różnorodne jedzenie, czystość na bardzo wysokim poziomie - codziennie sprzątane pokoje - wymieniane ręczniki. Jednak największym plusem tego hotelu sa ludzie - obsługa. Przemili i uczynni kelnerzy dbający indywidulanie o każdego gościa , pracownicy recepcji no i dusza hotelu Animatorzy. Cały dzień uśmiechnięci i otwarci dla ludzi. Super gry i zabawy oraz wieczorne show.

Rico is the best entertainer that we have came across. He is very helpful and he has stayed with us the most of the time and helped us along our ways hist we have stayed here . Other staff as also made us feel so welcome on our stay at El mouradi skanes. Very helpful x

Very good hotel,the restaurant is excellent ,the staff are helpful.The animation team are great,really friendly.Overall,a comfortable place to have a holiday and very reasonable.The entertainment for children is great,the animation team really look after them all .I will certainly come back.😘😍😍😍

I really did have a nice time here the staff were nice to me .. the only issue is whenever you go to eat the lines to get your food are were uncomfortable because the other tourists are in your personal space almost touching you the tourists act like savages like they never seen food in their lives !! and had no manners ..I’m talking about the tourists (NOT the servers or staff) because they were nice and accommodating and I loved the pools and the their small beach area and the animation team-was good “ and I loved the spa so much I went two days in a row” I loved the traditional style hammam bath and scrubbing room the unlimited drinks and food was good they many choices.. I recommend they should buy a juicer machine for fresh juice that be great my room had cold air conditioning which was a blessing to me will be back

Came here with my partner my 21 year old son and 17 year old daughter what can I say the animation team at this hotel are the best I’ve ever experienced these make this hotel special with us being the only English family at the hotel they made us feel so welcome and came to sit with us every day for a chat and see if we had any problems what a team. The hotel is very clean the food wasn’t for us don’t think they get many English family’s so don’t really cater for us one thing they do not do is chips which was a big issue for us really because if there was nothing else then at least you could eat a couple of chips. The pools at this hotel are really nice and clean plenty of sun loungers so no need to rush down at crack of dawn to Reserve one. The rooms are clean and spacious ( we had a twin room ) the showers are clean only issue was no water after 5 due to the water pressure of everyone taking showers the maids cleaned the rooms every day whilst we was there all the staff work so hard. The drinks was served in little plastic cups but you can get as many as you wanted so wasn’t a issue for us, the snack bar serves pizza every day which I enjoyed but my kids didn’t like the cheese on it they also serve popcorn pancakes and fish or meat and sandwiches. All in all I had a lovely stay at this hotel but the animation team made it so thank you so much to them for this we miss you already Rico, Fabio and Dali
