新酒店，渡假日酒店，環境設施都好，淡季入住人不多，排風噪音非常大升級了套房，海景漂亮值得推薦！

Très propre hotel. Récent. Mais reste un petit hôtel à mon goût. Le buffet à volonté reste correcte, très standard, sans plus mais je trouve qu'il est trop cher par rapport aux choix ( PDJ : quelques fruits coupés, crêpes, omelletes, salades, viennoiseries ). Le personnel était vraiment agréable.

Hôtel plutôt cool mais un peu loin de tout il faut être véhiculé ou prendre que des taxis . Mais l’hôtel est super cool intérieur comme extérieur le service est top

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, and amazing entertainment morning, afternoon and in the Show at night. Made us feel very welcome and listened to all our suggestions had a great laugh with the staff and room was amazing we had the beach view and cleaning crew amazing. The reception staff was very helpful with attractions and gave us very good suggestions and helped us book drivers to.

We travelled with our 2 children and this has to be our worst holiday so far. Do not be fooled by the good reviews, we’ve seen the hotel staff persuade guests to leave them a good review, so I don’t believe that these are actually genuine. Here is my honest opinion on our whole stay: -The only positives I would say is that the staff at the reception and lobby were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. They even gave us a sea view room, which we really appreciate. Also our room was always very clean and the cleaning staff were lovely! -However, on our first night the restaurant staff gave us milk that was off for my 9 month old baby! My baby came down with a fever and was puking all night! He was unwell throughout our whole trip! We informed the ladies at the reception who told us they will report to the manager. We never heard from this manager, there was no apology or anything, which was very disappointing. -We were celebrating our wedding anniversary but they sent us a ‘happy birthday’ cake! -The pool water is freezing!! -There is actually nothing to do at this hotel and we felt bored -The main buffet restaurant is absolutely disastrous, I have never seen anything like it! There is no organisation what so ever, the staff are super slow and there are queues everywhere! I only managed to have one cup of coffee during my whole stay, as the queue is crazy long! -The staff at the buffet restaurant are very rude and not helpful when you need something -The food is so bland and repetitive, I’m not sure whether they ran out of seasoning? -The trays were always empty as the staff were so slow at refilling so it felt like we were eating cold leftover scraps at every meal! -We had to spend 100 dinars on taxi every night so that we could eat dinner at the mall of sousse even though we paid for all inclusive -No food options for kids -No juice cartons/milk or drinks - all drinks are served in glasses so you have to drink it there and then and not take it away. Not ideal when your kids want a drink later. -I would not recommend ordering from the Drift bar unless you want to wait 45 minutes, again super slow and dreadful staff! -I’ve never been to a 5 star hotel where they do not give you bottled water! We had to keep going to the outdoor pool bar just to get some water. Be aware that the water in the glass bottles left in the rooms are actually tap water and will make you sick! -Kids club is very small and not ideal for under 4’s -We were excited for mini disco for kids but when we got there we thought we were in the wrong place as it was in a meeting room with tables/chairs and a screen, no disco lights or proper equipment so the kids were very disinterested -Massage was very nice but was cut short for some reason. We booked a 50 minute massage but it only actually lasted 40 minutes! -We thought we would exchange money at the hotel like how we do on all our holidays but I couldn’t believe it when the receptionist told us that we can only exchange £100

It’s my first time in Tunesia and i enjoyed the stay, the hotel is nice and tidy. The staff is helpful and nice, especially Sarra. The food is ok.
