we had an amazing time staying at the Delphin habib hotel , big shoutout to the animation team ( choco , hassan and Amir in particular) as they made us feel so welcoming and we’re unbelievably friendly . The receptionists and cleaners are also really friendly and helpful , zizou the trip organiser was also very nice to us and made it easy for us to book trips at a reasonably cheap price . The food is very authentic and mediterranean not very good for fussy eaters as they have no plain options like chips and nuggets however the restaurant on site ( the view ) is lovely food for a very good price. The only down side to this hotel is how long you have to wait for beach towels if you do not bring your own but all in all I would definitely recommend staying here if your visiting Tunisia, the hotel rooms are clean , the staff are all kind and welcoming and it is a beautiful country to visit.

Massive hotel with 618 rooms, fresh and sea water pools and its own beach. Stayed here for two nights at the end of a small-group tour of Tunisia. Friendly helpful staff. Large rooms with all mod cons. Huge choice of food at breakfast and (buffet) dinner.

Great Vacation come with a great hotel, what a holiday! Amazing place and amazing people great room and a quality service! Hoping to come back and enjoy this beautiful country once again and this time with more days to stay! What a trip man!!!

We’ve just returned from our awesome stay at the Sentido Bellevue Park. Where to start? A lot has happened in Tunisia over the years & I know safely is something a lot of people may Worry about before considering or returning to Tunisia. So please know me and my family felt completely safe and secure while on our holiday. Security at the front gate were excellent and actively kept an eye on who was entering the hotel. The beach entrance was also manned. Both 24 hours a day. My dad was worried before we departures sending me many FCDO links which only affected the far west and south of the country. The amount of security put his mind at rest. I had a friend working in another hotel & their security wouldn’t let me in. My friend had to come see me from the gate. I felt safer in Tunisia in the hotel and outside than I do at home. As there are local police check points around the resort too. The rooms were lovely and cleaned daily. The maids were excellent and actively engaged with us too. Definitely recommend paying alittle extra for the sea view too. Our rooms had tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. The shower was awesome and very high in pressure. All of the staff were amazing. Very happy to help and would do everything to make our holiday one to remember and as easy as possible. Zeid in the main restaurant was so much fun and made us laugh daily. Mohammed down by the pool bar was amazing. Keeping us well and truely feeling like vips and making us laugh. Mimo on the animation team was so much fun during the activities we took part in. It was also really nice to see that even though he was a talented dancer you could see just by watching him that it just wasn’t talent he had so much passion and confidence in what he was doing. You could tell he really enjoyed what he was doing. An amazing entertainer. The food in the hotel was really lovely. There was plenty of variety. I even saw frequently chicken nuggets, turkey shapes, mashed potato and French fries. I only mention this as I have young children who are extremely fussy so it was really nice to know that this particular hotel would’ve catered for their needs as well. We enjoyed the variety of foods offered and also definitely recommend the hotels à la carte restaurant. All of the animation team were really good fun and offered a variety of activities during the day. Such as water aerobics, water polo, darts, archery, volleyball. The evening entertainment was also a really good variety some shows brought in from outside and we even had karaoke and a pool party. Not forgetting the animation team also organised a beach foam party during the day. Sue, Mimo and Sonic where are absolute favourites thank you for making our holiday even more fun. The hotel also offers a pool bar where you can self serve a variety of coffees and juices. Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

It is very good and very good. It is a clean, minimal hostel, without any claim but very cheap. The furniture may be a little more clean, but it's all right. We stayed two nights. Personnel at the reception. Not accepting credit card.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities from multiple bars to two pools. Right on a small private beach. The entertainment in the evening was different every night and quite enjoyable. The lobby is clean with again it’s own bar and staff are very helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard with new towels every time however a ‘do not disturb sign’ isn’t available in every room and probably should be as there were a few times we were still asleep when the maids came in however they were extremely friendly and happy to come back later/next day. The rooms are slightly outdated but this wasn’t an issue at all. The restaurant has a variety of food and is a decent size the only slight issue is there is a bit of queuing required for popular items such as meat, pizza etc. pools are maintained to a goo standard with multiple life guards and they each have their own snack bar which was a pleasant addition alongside many sun beds. The pools were also used a source of entertainment as activities such as Zumba, water polo/volleyball were often taking place. The Wi-Fi only works in certain places but this was expected as the hotel is a significantly large building. The staff have been absolutely excellent and have really surprised us they are genuinely such a lovely bunch of people who are happy to help and go the extra mile. All in all a very lovely holiday down to the staff and facilities. Would definitely recommend

Rooms - clean although in need of a bit of work. Not much drawer space but we managed. Bed was a bit hard, but that's a personal choice. Kettle, mugs, tea/coffee provided and restocked when needed. Milk in cartons available at main bar which you can keep in the fridge. Our maid was lovely, really friendly and on our 2nd day left us a vase of fresh flowers which was a nice touch. Pool areas - 2 pools, the larger one with the pool bar and activities being saltwater. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. The waiters do work really hard and we found them all to be really pleasant. The downside is the really small plastic glasses you get your drinks in. No sooner have you got a drink, you need another. WiFi is good all around the hotel, even on the beach. Food was good, always something different to try. More choice in the main restaurant at lunch rather than the beach bar. Set tables for your stay for the evening meal, but you can sit anywhere for breakfast and lunch. Entertainment - evening entertainment mainly held inside. We only watched 1 night as I found it uncomfortable sat in there, it felt very crammed. Sat in rows theatre style with no space between the seats and difficult to get up to get to bar etc without having to squeeze past people. A general warning regarding the outside space. It can get very slippy and not just by the pool. I slipped and fell twice during my stay, hurting my back on the 2nd occasion. Location is good, 5 min walk to the port where you can shop, eat/drink, book boat trips etc. There is also a water park about a 5 min taxi ride away.

The hotel itself is a bit tired but the staff really are what makes it. They are attentive and jolly (one member of the bar staff was miserable the whole duration - might be in the wrong profession?!). The food is acceptable. It lacks seasoning and flavour but it does of course need to cater to as many palettes as possible. If you like flavour, take your own condiments (I hesrd the ketchup was rubbish but didn't try it perdonslly). The food is also a bit repetitive largely consisting of grilled meat (beef, turkey, quail) and fish, stewed lamb, chicken and beef, potatoes (mashed, sautéed), chips/fries, grilled vegetables (courgettes, carrots, squash, tomatoes, okra), pasta and pizza, soup. There was also a variety of different salads and bread (which always seemed stale to me). At breakfast there is no bacon! There are omelettes, fried and poached eggs cooked to order. The omelettes were delicious. There was also grilled vegetables, beans (not the baked beans us Brits know and love), grilled frankfurters, pancakes, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and museli, fresh juice and tea and coffees. Our waiter, Salah, was great. He kept us topped up with drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. He was always smiling and welcoming when he saw us head over to the tables and it made us feel like special guests to receive his superb service. The rooms are spacious, but despite requesting a double garden view room we were given a room overlooking the car park and two single beds pushed together. The pillows were not comfortable - a bit too hard and thick for me. Plenty of storage space but very few hangers. A wash and ironing service can be provided at additional cost. Tea and coffee making facilities are available but we didn't make use. The tea wasn't great so take your own teabags. The bathroom is huge, equipped with a bath and shower overhead. the shower was always warm but not high pressured, though did a good enough job for washing my hair and rinsing out sand, shampoo etc. Our bath didn't drain well and took a while so no showers in quick succession. The hairdryer in the bathroom is terrible - I never managed to fully dry my hair with it. Do take your own. There is a vanity table and mirror in the room but I found the lighting at night too dark to do my makeup. the bathroom was better lit. Drinks are ok. Beer is a 3% local and red wine a 13% local drop. The white wine tastes like vinegar so we avoided that after the first glass or two. Cocktails are strong but very sweet. They have Coca Cola and other local soft drinks poured from bottles so can be a little flat. All drinks are served in tiny glasses/paper cups, some people had taken their own (pint) glass out with them and the bar staff did fill them. The entertainment wasn't our cup of tea - karaoke, quiz, live music, drag show. unfortunately it was too chilly to sit outside so we were confined to drinking in the lobby where the entertainment was on, so we were largely subjected to

As a coastal tourist city in Tunisia, Sousse has low consumption. The hotel has free parking. There are police and security personnel at the entrance, and it feels like it is being guarded by layers. The hotel has a private beach, booked sea view rooms, directly facing the sea. But the room facilities are old. The hotel has three meals, and the buffet has many varieties, which is very good. Many elderly people in Europe come to live for a few months and feel like a European nursing home.
