這次入住發生酒店無做清潔。約15:00-21:30到。未做清潔。到21:30之後才做清潔。地方很多木材垃圾

Hotel was great. We were there for a hockey tournament, and the staff was great, friendly and willing to help. The free breakfast in the morning is a great help to get things moving.
There was some mess in the hallway. But that was because they are doing renovations, so little pieces of a star home just for all the new stuff being unboxed but it's great to see that they're upgrading. To make it better.

Showing up on day of check in for 3pm room was not ready until 5pm waited in the lobby staff kept saying there was nothing that they could do and we just had to wait. Key cards are horrible had to go to front desk multiple times to get them fixed. Ended up leaving a day early was just so fed up with everything. Will not ever book at this property again.

There was quite a long delay for us to check in....we stood in line for 35 minutes. I'm assuming the facility is going under renovations, but nobody said anything about it, nor is there any signage. It felt like we were staying in a construction zone. I'm sure once everything is finished it will be fine.

Rooms were overbooked due to construction. Staff were great as it was out of their control. Rooms were not very clean and in rough shape.

Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty. The tv was coming out of the wall and crocked and you couldn’t move it. The bed was the most hard, uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I maybe got 2 hours of sleep.
Breakfast staff was rude and get in your way without saying excuse me.
Pool was disgusting. Hot tub was gross.
Pool sides were slimy and what looked like a goo everywhere. The hot tub had black stuff floating.
Very disappointed and I would never ever stay here again.
