I've never experienced such unprofessional service as my stay at this hotel. The room was fine, and the check in experience was good. The problem started when I checked out. I saw two different charges of $190 and $110, in addition to the temporary hold on my card, even when I had already paid for the room through a travel website. When I asked for more information, the guest services informed me that they're busy and will try and get more information, and looks like one of the charges was put on my card by mistake. They still can't find the other one. This should have been rectified and brought to my attention proactively, instead of me finding out and following up with them multiple times. Not trustworthy at all. Very disappointed with the level of professionalism showcased at a Marriott property.
