Fantastic place to stay we will book here again

The bathroom sink was clogged, no toilet seat cover, fridge had all shelves missing and hot tub was unserviceable. Not really close to downtown amenities. Access to ****** and helpful staff are the positivies.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, but our only complaint was the pool was ice cold and we couldn’t stay in.

Nice Hotel, staff was excellent. The hot tub was extremely hot almost to the point of burning. We’ve never been anywhere that extreme hot before. Less than 10 minutes and my skin was red. But enjoyed our stay

Staff was really friendly, overall the hotel was clean. I removed a star cause i moved a desk lamp and there was a big black/brown dirty spot under it. I seen lots of hotels and inspect the beds everywhere i go, i can easily say that the bed in this room was one of the cleaniest i have seen. Bathroom was really clean too. We felt asleep in the morning hours cause the isolation is mediocre and noises kept us awake all night. I asked for a late checkout in the morning to try to get a little more sleep and got denied, the man told me there wasnt any late checkout availabilities. I worked in hotels and travel alot and i never heard about “checkout availabilities” before, if you dont need the room for other guests it shouldnt be a problem to allow in house guests to have a late checkout… We were in line to complet the checkout and i heard the desk lady saying to another couple “we have lots of cancellations this morning so it won’t be a problem to get you a room”, knowing that they in fact doesnt need the room and still denied my late checkout was even more frustating. Still all the staff members we interacted with were all really friendly and i understand the hotel policy is none of they responsabilities. The hotel was build in 2010 but the furniture and decorations makes it feel like an old hotel. Too many browns shades into the room (litteraly everything is brown) and it felt empty. The rooms need a modern touch. The mattress was a bit too hard but still comfortable.

The hotel was really nice and clean, unfortunately no breakfast at the hotel at all ! We were disappointed! Specially for the price we paie

We were away for a sisters weekend. Hotel was very nice and staff was helpful. Loved the nice big room and the convenience of being in the same building as the ******.

Had an issue with cleaning in the room. The desk in the room had a lamp that was rusted on the bottom and the desk underneath was dirty. Room itself was OK. Bed was hard and the tiny pillows were awkward for sleeping. Location for event was great.

Very rude staff at check in. I had a lot of trouble hearing what she was saying throught the glass partition I had to ask her to repeat herself many times...which visibly annoyed her. Completely unacceptable customer service. So unfriendly i will not be back. I would rather spend my money elsewhere
