Amazing b&b Robert and Gabriella were the perfect hosts nothing was to much for them . The room was lovely and decorated with a modern feel . Breakfast on the veranda was lovely and breakfast was plentiful . The pool area was just so perfect and peaceful . All in all I Would give 10:10 and would not hesitate to go back

This was perhaps my favorite place to stay in all of Italy. Beautiful property, quiet, large room, huge modern bathroom (best shower I've experienced in Italy) and the nicest, most welcoming owner - Robert. Easy walk to the beach and fantastic restaurants (listen to Robert's suggestions). I will definitely return.

We had a lovely time at the resort . Robert, Gabriella and their daughter were the perfect hosts . Erika and her cleaning colleagues did an excellent job. Unfortunately I was suffering with a bad back and nasty cold so we weren’t out and about as much as we would normally be . We spent a lot of time at the pool in the garden which was lovely . Robert was very proactive in helping us arrange trips etc. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return when it isn’t so hot and I’m Feeling better.

I definitely recommend this B and B in Mondello. It is close to the beach and nice restaurants in Mondello. It has a very big swimming pool with a diving board in a quiet and beautiful garden. Our kids had a lot of fun! Host Robert is very kind. We could use his bikes and beach umbrella. We had a very good time!!

I would highly highly recommend booking this B&B. The location is perfect, just a short walk to mondello beach with many nearby restaurants. The facilities are fantastic, extra large and extra comfortable bed, very clean and modern bathroom, good air-conditioning to keep the room cool and a lovely garden with a nice swimming pool and diving board. Amazing! Breakfast was also delicious! Robert and his family really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and help you have the best time possible. They were all so friendly and Robert helped us with taxis and also provided some fantastic recommendations for food and activities. We had amazing food every day in Mondello and also hired a boat for the day which was one of the highlights of our holiday. Our stay at this B&B was perfect, I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Secluded refined B&B about 500m from the beach but walkable to all the restaurants and bars/cafes. We were well looked after by the hotel especially from Gabriella and Erica.
Lovely relaxed breakfast on the terrace each morning.
super pool and surrounding gardens - although water was still a bit cold for us to venture in (this time)
Top marks to Roberts for a splendid stay.

I loved the location and this B&B! It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Mondello beach but close enough to walk. The pool was fabulous and it’s a small B&B with not too many people. Very tranquil spot if you want to relax. This was a perfect spot to end my trip in Italy before my long flight back to America. Only downside is that there are not too many restaurants nearby.

This is excellent B&B with great facitlites and big pool area. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach with bars and restuarants. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is fantastic. The couple who own it Roberto & Gabriella are wonderful and make you feel welcome every time they see you. Would definately recommend this place.

Veryfriendly welcome by Robert. Great breakfast served on nice terrace.
Good location to visit Palermo, about 25 minutes by car.
Rainy when we stayed so didnt use the pool, but that area looked good.
