Bezpłatny parking jest bardzo daleko od hotelu. Jest to parking publiczny. Nie rozumiem, dlaczego jest napisane, że jest bezpłatny parking. Wyposażenie domu jest również bardzo słabe.Jak zdobyłeś cztery gwiazdki? Klimatyzator jest bardzo zimny. Po prostu daj prześcieradło. Prysznic jest bardzo mały i nie ma półki na szampon. Za każdym razem, gdy musisz otworzyć drzwi, zabierz je z zewnątrz. Trochę tłuszczu nie wytrzyma.

We had only one night in Monopoli,but this hotel was perfectly placed 500 years ago near the old port and the entry to the old town. Walking around was quite easy and festive during the Christmas holiday season… the staff was attentive to our needs and made our short visit memorable…

+: super central, loads of restaurants around, the port is 2 min away too, staff was super friendly, breakfast was good, rooms have very high ceiling, all very clean
-: noise from the central square was important, parking is not the easiest

Friendly fun staff, excellent location, my room has 20 ft high ceiling! Free parking is 15 minute walk on weekends but hotel has complimentary tuk tuk rides. Love this place

First off, I have VIP GOLD status. This hotel obviously has zero idea what that means. I requested a bit of an early check in but the unfriendly lady at the desk at the time of check in said I could not check in until 3. There was nobody staying in my single room I can guarantee that. The hotel was very quiet and not very many people staying there. The room was the smallest room I have ever seen and there was no blanket, only a bed sheet. This was the single room. The bed was a hostel sized bed made for a 12 year old.
The night front desk guy was really nice and friendly and provided me with a blanket the next night.
The hotel is in a great location and has the best free breakfast so far that I have encountered in Italy. At the time of check out the unfriendly lady was back. Shemade me payfor the Tourism tax again, thesame tax I paid for when I checked in. I have both receipts to prove it. I didn't have time to argue and the price was not really worth the energy to do so. I paid it and left. All in all the hotel is good but just don't book the single room and hopefully you dont have to meet the lady at the front desk. I travel a lot and I am super low maintenance, especially with accommodations. I was just very surprised the was she treated me

Room.had a terrace overlooking the piazza which was a great place to sit and relax after a day exploring the old town. Although there were areas marked out by plant pots, the terrace was essentially shared with 3 other rooms thus by no means private. Not a huge issue but wasnt clear on booking that it was basically a shared area.
Lovely place and very helpful staff. Location was perfect for exploring the town and some great places to eat snd drink nearby. Hotel restaurant food was fabulous too so didnt have to look far for great eats!

Lovely hotel with a large family room that had a balcony over the square. Parking was on street paid parking but no problem find a space. Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful

We had a very nice stay in Monopoli at the Palazzo Indelli. It is well located, near the port and around lots of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable.

What a fabulous place to stay in Monopoli & what amazing staff. The reception manager was super helpful & the tuk tuk driver was so helpful taking us to the parking area & back- thank you! Beautiful location- right in the centre of the old town & walkable to all the attractions, bars & restaurants. A fabulous breakfast was included as well as the tuk tuk transfer back to our car. Thank you for a fabulous stay in Monopoli!
