Świetna lokalizacja i przytulne pokoje. Bardzo pomocny i mówiący po angielsku personel. Śniadanie nie jest wliczone w cenę, ale można je kupić za niewielką dodatkową opłatą tuż przed recepcją. Jakość łazienki mogłaby być lepsza

To miejsce ma niesamowity stosunek jakości do ceny. Rodzina, która jest jego właścicielem, jest bardzo przyjazna i dobrze komunikuje się za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej. Odbierają cię z bezpłatnego parkingu w mieście i są pomocni. Mieszkaliśmy w pokoju Dimora Chiasso, który znajduje się tuż obok recepcji. Lokalizacja jest w centrum wszystkiego, 10 minut spacerem do jednej bezpłatnej działki i 15-20 minut spacerem do drugiej. Pomyśleliśmy, że to idealna lokalizacja. Pokój był duży (oddzielny salon z w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią) i miał dobre Wi-Fi oraz ciśnienie i temperaturę pod prysznicem, więc był idealny dla rodzin i wygodny. Jest to wyraźnie obiekt przeznaczony na dłuższe pobyty (sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników co kilka dni) i w żadnym wypadku nie jest to obiekt luksusowy. Biorąc to pod uwagę, śniadanie przekracza oczekiwania - dobry wybór i produkty wysokiej jakości, a przyjazna obsługa kelnerska. Nie wahaj się zarezerwować tutaj.

A great apartment, clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location. Sylvia and the team made the stay super easy and were so helpful and accommodating when we needed to arrange taxis, car hire and other recommendations. A great base for exploring Puglia.

This place is simply amazing! It was the best room I took on my trip to Italy this November (we visited a total of 16 cities and stayed at amazing hotels, but no room like this one). The room was very beautiful and giant, comfy and cozy. The bathroom is super modern and big, comfortable as well. The girls at reception are incredible. They did everything to make our stay wonderful. I made a mistake in the reservation because I had to do it at the last minute before the trip, and they handled it perfectly. They helped us solve the problem with *********** and gave us the best tips during the trip. They had a guy helping us take the luggage from and to the car that could be parked at a parking lot out of the city center for free. One of their tips was to go to the restaurant Il Guazzeto where I had the best fish I could ever try in my life. Outstanding trip and service! Thank you!

As the name "diffuso" suggests, this lodging consists not of one site but several unconnected rooms in the old town of Monopoli, steps from the port. Marvelous location and charming hosts. My room was simple and up a steep flight of stairs, so this is probably not a wise lodging for the mobility-impaired (nor, for that matter, is old town Monopoli.)

Awesome staff, they were so kind and helpful! The rooms were spacious, with lovely modern decor and all amenities you might need. Good breakfast. The location couldn't be better. My room was right next to the best ice cream shop in the town centre - something that I definitely did not take advantage of every single day (cough, cough).

I was part of a group staying in Monopoli. All our apartments were different but excellent. I was staying in an apartment in the courtyard where reception and breakfast cafe can be found and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I had a lovely first floor bedroom with balcony overlooking the courtyard with a large kitchen and terrace on the second floor. I didn’t use the kitchen but if anyone wanted a self catering holiday the kitchen had everything you would need. Staff were excellent and very helpful when we had issues with our airport transfer. Whole experience of staying in Monopoli was a delight.

In the centre of the old town of Monopoli we stayed at this hotel for two days. The service was excellent, both in the reception and in he breakfast room. Some of the rooms have a roof top terrace. Very central hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They waited for us until late to check in as out plane was delayed. Great location, great breakfast and very nice people. The room was very spacious and the view of the town center was great. Don't expect a resort atmosphere here the rooms were clean and basic but had everything we needed except for a decent size safe (couldn't fit our laptop). Not a big deal. Our room was directly above a Gelato shop which was awesome. Also the restaurants choices near by were abundant and had fantastic food of course. We would definitely stay again and look forward to it.
