En sentido general no volvería a este hotel ni aún me pagarán, las habitaciones deplorables, sucias y antiguas, el servicio pésimo, el desayuno horrible, no hay nada que pueda reseñar positivamente del mismo, lo elegí tomando en cuenta las referencias y deben ser compradas porque no es verdad nada de lo que se dicen en ellas.

Check in staff was very efficient. Bed was very uncomfortable, toilet was coming off the wall. The noise from traffic outside was the worst even at 3 & 4 in the morning non stop. You can’t help the traffic noise and rude people letting their door slam at 3am but it is good to know when booking a room. Room and hotel was very clean as was the surrounding outside areas.

This hotel has older maintenance issues and the finished are older and not maintained. Bed coverings were older looking, holes in walls were filled in with spackle and not painted, floor coverings were well worn. Not the quality of hotel expected.

A refreshing stay for three days … this was a personal 3-day friendship get away. Staff super friendly & all around great service. I will definitely return here.

We had a really bad experience the night before at another previously scheduled hotel. We arrived early to Baymont to find another room for our second night. The customer service was great, room very clean and cozy and they even allowed us to do an early check-in!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the bed was horrible to sleep on.

The manager and staff (especially Sam) were so helpful and caring about my husband and I and our needs. The room was clean and convenient as my husband does not walk very well and uses an electric chair. We had only booked for two nights and decided at the last to ask for an extra night and the
manager went to a great deal to make sure we could keep the room we had, even though it was booked. The room was the most useful for my husbands needs and the manager contacted the people who had booked the room and asked if they would be willing to take another room and we were able to keep the handy cap room. Every morning we were asked if every thing in the room was okay and if there was anything we needed.
