Room was very nice and clean. We could hear guests in room next to us. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Ideal location for day trips to various cities in Tuscany. Beautiful view from the restaurant.

Lovely and special place, which we can warmly recommend ! Beautiful view, situated in the high slopes. Not many menu options in the hotel restaurant, but the food was great. Extremely helpful staff and the room service worked well. We asked for champagne + some extra sandwiches. They didn’t have the snacks or sandwiches in the list, but made them cause we asked. Only minus was breakfast which consisted of quite few options. Very many stairs too. But a lovely hotel and jacuzzi in the room!

our two-night stay was overall relaxing, what we enjoyed the best was the breakfast, the staff was tremendously helpful and very friendly.
we were not too happy about after-hours loud neighbors.

In vacanza in Toscana per Capodanno abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti qui alle Macine, la struttura è molto bella,abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione, compreso il cenone di fine anno. Noi avevamo la camera (non molto grande) sul davanti con un bel panorama mattutino, la sala colazione e cena ha una bella vetrata con molta luce. La colazione era a buffet mentre la cena già concordata. Il soggiorno è stato molto bello e il personale gentilissimo.👏👏👏

Bellissimo Hotel a Monteione. Avevo anche la Suite reale ed è veramente grande e bella, con anche vasca idromassaggio e doccia idromassaggio! Struttura bella pulita, a 2 passi dal centro! Moderna e completamente ristrutturata. Se siete in zona provatelo!!!!

Ein schönes Hotel und wunderbarer Lage, geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Ein kostenloster Parkplatz war auch vorhanden, die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Im Haus sind einige Stiegen zu steigen, für Gehbehinderte etwas schwierig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer bzw. von der Terrasse ist traumhaft (siehe Foto).
