The property itself needs some maintenance, my main issue was the room amenities, the heater doesn't work properly, the hot water was a hassle too. Breakfast it's OK. The green areas in the hotel are beautiful, but the real highlight here was the staff, Lauane at the front desk is an angel, such charisma and attention. Outstanding! She made our stay a lot more pleasant.

Hotel incrível, recepção da noite muitos atenciosas, prestativa, receptivas, educadas e queridas.
Café da manhã espetacular, completo com pães, bolos, frutas, cereais, café coado e em cápsula Dolce Gusto e a magnífica pamonha, uma das melhores que comi.
Banheiro precisa de uma reforma, mas nada que atrapalhe a estádia.
Recomendo e voltaremos com certeza!
