Hotel Rinascimento

Hotel a conduzione familiare pulito e con personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo soggiornato nel ponte di Pasqua per un torneo di calcio, e la struttura è SEMPRE STATA molto disponibile ad aspettarci... Cibo di buona qualità e in abbondanza. Consigliato Pietro Indino Virtus calcio

La parola "igiene" in quel hotel non esiste,letti sporchi,bagni con odore spiacevole e il cibo era pessimo, immangiabile.Ci sono rimasta male perché mi aspettavo qualcosa di decisamente meglio.Mi ha veramente sconvolto

Albergo curato, la camera spaziosa e personale gentile. Ottima colazione e posizione strategica a 2 minuti di camminata dal centro. Su richiesta parcheggio compreso nella tariffa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Per una sosta a Montecatini lo consiglio

Only good thing about this hotel were A/C, it was working fine and they did not charged extra fee for it. Doubble bed matresses was split and not conected, matresses are worn out for years, we were sleeping on matress wires. Room was very badly maintained and dirty, stains on mirrors are hard to capture, but they where so dirty I managed to do it and you can take a look yourself. Towels where smelly in first day, but where fine after replacement. The shower was very low qualitty and very small. The breakfast the same you can see in photos. Hotel staff did not allowed anyone to use coffe machine or juice dispenser, they always took the glass out of anyones hands and used the juice dispenser themselves, touching the glass with their hands. The man who is also hotel receptionist always stayed near eating room enterance or near coffe machine and stared at guests, felt like he is counting how much you eat, made breakfasting very uncomfortable for anyone. Greetings for the receptionist, because the hotel is responding to each review to make them look better in tripadvisor than they actually are. But the problems in this hotel aren’t small things which can be resolved with simply asking, the hotel is simply terible and worn out.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti , ottima disponibilità dei titolari, molto bene il servizio e colazioni....ritorneremo !! ....Purtroppo abbiamo notato che Montecatini è un po' trascurata, molte attività sono chiuse, speriamo possa rinascere come tempo fa'....era una perla ,....coraggio !!

Estuve hasta el dia de ayer con mi grupo de amigas para visitar la zona de florencia y pisa. Hotel muy céntrico y Muy bien comunicado. Elegimos la opción de desayuno y fue todo un acierto, desayuno delicioso, muy variado y con productos frescos. El personal muy amable te hace sentir como en familia. Volveremos sin dudar, muy recomendable. Gracias equipo.

Pulizia pessima, personale poco educato. Cibo scadente struttura vecchia. Mancanza di carta igienica, tovaglie mai cambiate (soggiorno di 5 giorni), piatto doccia assente, tavoletta WC rotta, cumuli di polvere sotto ai letti, lenzuola sporche con cattivo odore

Other than the fact that the receptionist was polite and helpful, I would not stay at this hotel again. AC doesn’t work properly, WiFi only works at reception, toilet doesn’t flush, beds are awful, and so on.

salve a tutti, sono andata in gita scolastica e sono tornata ieri da un pernottamento di quattro giorni in questo hotel. partiamo dalla camera, carina ma con un bagno talmente piccolo e disposto male, che fare il bitet era impossibile. la camera tutto sommato era pulita, ma i cuscini davvero scomodi e sottili; inoltre l'armadio non si chiudeva. non abbiamo molto interagito con il personale, ma il 18 aprile (faceva molto freddo a montecatini) siamo tutti rimasti chiusi fuori, perchè il proprietario presumo, aveva chiuso a chiave il portone principale dell'hotel. abbiamo atteso 30 minuti e l'uomo che finalmente ci è venuto ad aprire non si è nemmeno scusato. i pasti sono terribili, davvero pessimi (allego foto di un secondo che ci hanno portato per cena). spesso la carne non era cotta, ma bensì cruda e la pasta senza sale e troppo al dente. le cameriere servivano tutto con dei capelli mal legati e spesso sporchi. in un piatto di pasta sono stati trovati dei capelli. non lo consiglio a nessuno e sicuramente non ci tornerei mai.
