Overbooked and called to confirm a pick up time and was told no rooms were available

Booked and showed up to property, it was dark and no one came to the door. We had called numerous times and got no answer. Our taxi driver called and got no answer then when they called back we had booked somewhere else and they hung up on my husband as we were asking if we should come back. I need to cancel this booking...

Truly enjoyed our stay at Lawrence Pool House. Mr Lawrence was very hospitable and timely with picking my husband and I up from the airport. The facility was clean , comfortable, cozy and up-to-date. Very convenient location near shopping center and walking distance from A** and Taxis and the pool was open and clean. Great place to lodge while I’m Montego Bay!

We initially booked the Lawrence pool hotel for our first few days in Mobay. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout. We decided to spend the last few days there also. Felt safe and comfortable throughout
