I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

This was my first time staying at the S Hotel and it was an amazing time. The food at the buffet was delicious every night. We left one of the specialty restaurants to get food from the buffet because it was better. The staff were helpful and gracious. If I get to come back without kids, I’d stay here again.

The S Hotel was by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced. From the food to the staff everything was 10/10. I would book this hotel again and again.

We loved the upgraded room with the ocean view balcony. The food was excellent and there was plenty for me to choose from since I have food sensitivities to gluten and dairy. There was a nice sandy beach and the water was the perfect temperature for swimming or snorkeling. And it was only 10 minutes from the airport.
We will definitely return!

Very peaceful, relaxing stay. Food options are less than a normal all inclusive, but the quality is significantly better. Staff attentive and friendly. Area around hotel is not great, but if you want to relax and have a few drinks in the sun, this is your place.

The property is in great condition and the staff are excellent. The biggest positive we thought was the food quality. We’re not foodies but it was really good food. The beach is nice and you can do a little snorkeling right off of it.

We had the best week at the S Hotel. We selected this hotel because we wanted to drink, eat, swim, and sit for 5 whole days, and it was perfect for that! If you're interested in nightlife and excursions, don't pick this place (although the concierge would help you find fun and safe things to do, just had to ask). The staff was the best part - everyone we saw was kind, helpful, and so friendly. The front desk guy with the fantastic eyebrows and great suits was wonderful, and the beach security guard was also great because he answered all of my engineer husband's questions about the grounds and trees and history without complaint! He was so patient and kind! There was very entertaining live music each night that we enjoyed from our balcony. The food selection at the buffet was fresh and different every day, and the restaurants were all nice (we enjoyed the traditional Jamaican restaurant the best - the international restaurant had something for everyone, and the steakhouse was just not great, but they brought us more of any of the parts we liked the best). Try all the bread, it's so good! There was an outside poolside buffet that was DELICIOUS. I attended water aerobics every day and was pleasantly surprised at the workout it gave me (had to keep moving since literally all I did for a week was eat and drink frozen daquiris!), so I highly recommend the fun things the hotel offers. Our room was large and had a cool bathtub, and we found the bed to be very comfy. We'll be back!
