Round Hill Hotel & Villas

Round Hill is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever seen and the resort is a private sanctuary. The staff is of the highest caliber and took care of all of our needs. If you want the ultimate in a vacation, then this is the place.

Amazing resort. Wonderful staff. Relaxing. Great for the whole family. Warm and welcoming. Very sad to leave.

Round Hill property is peaceful, lush and beautiful, and the staff is amazing so are the entertainers while I was thre.

Round Hill evokes the spirit of old world friendliness and charm. Set in a lush secluded cove the resort provides a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the modern world. Small enough to be exclusive but large enough to offer activities for everyone. The villas come with a dedicated staff to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

If you are going to the Jamaica, Round Hill is one of the nicest resorts on the island. It has an old world feel...so if you want modern this is not your place (was designed by Ralph Lauren). It is secluded, charming, romantic, and the grounds were well manicured and gave you the most tropical (majestic feeling). The main pool was renovated and beautiful how it cascaded into the ocean...plus the private beach was in its own alcove/bay. They offered a complimentary afternoon tea which was a nice touch to meet people and have a snack before dinner. That said, I think for the price breakfast should just be included with the room vs. tea time. We only had dinner (Jamaica night) at the hotel and it was OK...the setting was beautiful but it was hot as hell (in May)... industrial fans could have helped, literally we left early because we were starting to get delirious, plus they make men wear pants in the dead of summer (which I understand but then you have to make it reasonable for people to eat outside). Our room was nice but warm even with the mini-split air conditioner and fan (which was loud). The bathroom had no AC...so you literally sweat when you come out of the shower. Also, we couldn't figure out how to use the floor lamp so half the space was dark. The staff was excellent...nice/pleasant, helpful, thoughtful, and overall delivering excellent hospitality. If you have a family I would absolutely stay there given it is safe, secluded, there are activities and other kids. It does need a little love to make it 5 stars and worth the price in my mind (probably would rate it 4.5-4.7 vs. a 4 or 5). We went when the rates dropped but if we paid peak season rates I would have been disappointed. Also, one more thing..it is far from everything which makes is good (if you want seclusion) and bad if you want to do any touristy stuff. We spent over $600 doing outings to things because drivers were expensive out of the resort. The resort is set in a beautiful location...that's what makes this place!

Timeless elegance meets exceptional hospitality! We visited with our daughter and had the best time -we were so sad to leave. Right away all the staff greeted us by name and they are the ones who made the trip special. They went out of their way to please us and make us at home. David, our waiter, was the most fun! He even danced with me after dinner! It’s clear the staff is like a family and the manager, Josef, was so kind to spend time talking with us. The other guests were all so friendly as well. I have stayed in other places such as Lyford Cay, and I’d choose Round Hill as my favorite tropical getaway! I hope to return every year! Thank you Round Hill! If you go, stay at least 5 nights! Buy the best and cry once!

Round Hill is one of those truly timeless properties that exudes charm and elegance. Gracious and warm team members, engaged and visible management, fabulous food and a stunning location - what more could a girl want? Oh and I didn’t even make it to the spa!!

Beautiful resort, great service, good food, expensive. Deep tissue massage was the good kinda of painful but $$$$. Food ranged from amazing to ok depending on what you ordered. Cocktails are crazy expensive. Loved the resort & staff. Room is exposed to the heat/nature noises (need to crank the air conditioning in May) and hope you don’t mind the bird noises :)

Absolutely recommend Round Hill. Beautiful, friendly, so comfortable. Amazing yoga instructor. There was plenty for each family member to do (kids as well as adults).
