This place is old and needs a complete renovation. My room was changed to one worse than what I had. There was dirt on the floor as you entered the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the tub was disgusting.

An amazing place to stay. Attentive customer representatives, the place was immaculate, clean, and family friendly. The entertainment and entertainment host was top tier. I enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let those be who didn’t want to participate in other activities. Actually, he was the highlight of my stay there. The food…ohhh the food. Great variety of Jamaican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That Ackee tho… I could eat that every day…
I definitely plan to come back and stay…

Arrived at 3 but was told that the room wasn’t ready. Returned at 6:30. The room was still not ready. Very disappointed. It’s a nice place but if there’s no room for prepaid guests, there’s no point. Skip this one.

The lack of security at night. I stayed in room for 4 days it had only 1 electrical outlet and it was shared with the mini fridge. The TV did not work during our entire stay. There was no offer of rate small rate reduction for lack of television. The employees made the best of what they work with. The owner of the property need to invest money into needed updates. And add night time security guards since this property is open air facility.

The property is outdated and not very clean. The "all inclusive" food option is horrible. They served the same sides for the 3 days we were there which were mac & Cheese , boiled yams, very dry rice and beans and overcooked corn on the cob. Stay at another resort if possible - you will be disappointed for sure if you stay here.

Wasn’t clean when I first got to the room, most staff are rude and will harass you, food isn’t good . You’ll wait in long lines
