To miejsce jest stare i wymaga całkowitego remontu. Mój pokój został zmieniony na gorszy niż ten, który miałem. Gdy wszedłeś do pokoju, na podłodze był brud, w łazience były włosy, a wanna była obrzydliwa.

An amazing place to stay. Attentive customer representatives, the place was immaculate, clean, and family friendly. The entertainment and entertainment host was top tier. I enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let those be who didn’t want to participate in other activities. Actually, he was the highlight of my stay there. The food…ohhh the food. Great variety of Jamaican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That Ackee tho… I could eat that every day…
I definitely plan to come back and stay…

Arrived at 3 but was told that the room wasn’t ready. Returned at 6:30. The room was still not ready. Very disappointed. It’s a nice place but if there’s no room for prepaid guests, there’s no point. Skip this one.

Pros:
Convenient to airport for an overnight. Approx. 10 min. from airport.
Clean.
Staff friendly.
Cons:
Very dated, rooms in need of a facelift.
View we had was facing a concrete wall under construction.
Very little water pressure and hard to get hot water.
Tips:
*Make sure where room is if staying any longer than a night.
*Dinner buffet quite scarce and picked over when we arrived around 8:30. Did not replace food on an ongoing basis.
*If not “all inclusive” option available would take that instead.
*Significantly overpriced at over 300 Canadian per night.

Everyone at the SeaGarden was friendly and helpful!! We were greeted with complimentary rum punch, and everyone we spoke to was happy to help and advise us. The main downer of the stay was our room lighting was terribly dim, practically dark. The only working light was the bathroom. And only 1 small bathroom mirror. Additional mirrors would have been nice. Overall, would recommend and definitely return!

It was a good experience and fun trip but it did have its downside, the food is extremely limited and crossing the street to the beach is a hassle always getting harassed by outsiders, the fire alarm kept going off and we had to ask for a blanket 3 times our first night, other than that it’s a place where you make the most of it!!
