To okropne doświadczenie… nigdy nie rezerwuj w tym hotelu… Po prostu rezerwuję hotel kilka miesięcy temu. Byłem bardzo podekscytowany wyjazdem tam z żoną po zaplanowaniu wszystkiego, po prostu doszedłem do wniosku, że rząd nie pozwala ludziom z Kolumbii na wyjazd na Jamajkę. Więc byłem w szoku. Zacząłem więc odwoływać lot do innych hoteli i transportu. Wszyscy zgodzili się, że to nie moja wina, tylko sytuacja publiczna z pandemią COVID 19. Gdzie wszystko zmienia się z dnia na dzień. Więc płacę 604 USD za jedną noc w tym hotelu. A kiedy poproszę o zwrot pieniędzy lub zmianę daty na 3 dni przed zameldowaniem. Właśnie powiedzieli agencji Trio, że nie zwrócą pieniędzy tylko dlatego, że nie podlegają one zwrotowi (nie podlegają zwrotowi w sezonie COVID). Rozmawiałem więc z Hotel Reservation i powiedzieli, że wszystko jest z agencją, ponieważ nie pobrali pieniędzy. Więc
Kontaktuję się z agencją TRIP i powiedzieli, że kierownik hotelu nie chce zwracać pieniędzy z powodu zasad anulowania. Więc nadal nie mam pieniędzy i spójnej odpowiedzi. Coś, co może pomóc. Bez utraty pieniędzy. To niesprawiedliwe dla tego hotelu, że kierownictwo nie rozumie sytuacji na świecie. I po prostu pomyśl o zatrzymaniu moich pieniędzy. NIGDY NIE REZERWUJ TEGO HOTELU

This hotel was incredible!!! Extremely comfortable beds!!! Beautiful rooms. The food was unreal!!! 24/7 food including room service and a **** chicken cart that is out of this world!!! Only problem I had was my tub not being cleaned out when I asked or my mini bar being stocked.

Absolutely amazing. The room was very clean. The food at the different restaurants were just…PERFECT. Everything was PERFECT. I think the thing that stood out the most for me was how friendly each and every staff was. I definitely once felt like I was bothering anyone by asking questions about my stay. I will definitely book here again.

Front desk receptionist Kimara was absolutely great. When you first arrive they give you a glass of champagne. My room was beautiful (just wish it was directly in front of the ocean view instead of a side view). The only thing I wasn't happy with is my $200 credit. I called the day before my departure to get a massage and no one answered. And you can't use your credit next time, so that sucks. Other than that, the food was great, the people were great and I'll be back next year God's willing.

I have always wanted to stay at Secrets but never could. I finally have and I have no regrets for the most part. I enjoyed myself along with my friend. We would definitely recommend this place.
