From the service upon entering from the Bell Man Silvester to the attentive housekeeper and front desk checkin, our stay was amazing even though it was short. I will be back for our family reunion.

The rooms need to be updated. Service was awful. Let me rephrase, cleaning service and front desk and meal service was great; however, stocking of drinks if you didn’t call they didn’t come , service at the pool was the same some days. It seemed like you only got good service if you tipped. We rented a caban by the pool and the service was awful. The caban room smelled like vomit.
The best part of the hotel was the fitness crew. Cover, Travis and Kedija were the best fitness crew I had at a resort. Very energetic and helpful.

Just got back from a wonderful four days at Royalton Bluewaters. We used Major One Tours as transportation to and from the airport. Our drivers were Vincent and Timeless and they were great. The resort was very clean and well kept. There were plenty of staff everywhere always asking if you needed anything. I loved that they had activities throughout the day like family feud or bingo. Members of the Vibe Team were always trying to get people involved especially Snow and O’Shane. Water aerobics was fun with Khadijah from the Fit Team. Our favorite bartender at the pool bar was Tajah. He took care of us every day! There was entertainment at night, which was a great option. The restaurants were good, and we didn’t have to wait long for a table. Overall, we had an amazing experience and wouldn’t hesitate to go back there.

All staff was pleasant and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was excellent. We were also happy to receive the complimentary honeymoon dinner on the beach. Surely made our trip extra special. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again.

I thought the pools and Waterpark were awesome! Beach was nice! Food was average. Service varied from awesome to poor depending on who actually liked their job. The bar Service is slow due to not enough blenders and everyone waiting for blended drinks. Also alcohol seems watered down.

The staff were very friendly and overall happy. The alarms at the hotel kept going off. At least 3 times a day. Drinks and food were only mediocre

The property Staff was Amazing, so kind, respectful, helpful and fun. The pools were all super clean and great for kids. The room was nice and clean. The property overall was very clean.
The only complaint would be lack of activities for kids at night. They had a lot for Adults and I wished the pools stayed open past 5:30.

The property is a short drive from the airport. The beach and pool area were amazing and the food options were good. We had a cabana on the last day of our stay and our butlers were fantastic. Most of the staff were pleasant and did a great job, but there were several who were less than helpful and not kind to work with.
The rooms are in need of an update. Our room started to have water dripping from the ceiling due to the air conditioner. There was enough water to make the dry wall soft and the paint bubble. After reporting the issue, it took 2 hrs for anyone to come look at it. We had to start moving clothes out of the way and mopping the water up with towels. The front desk was less then helpful when calling to check on status. When they finally got to the room, it appeared that they just bent the pan at the bottom of the unit and closed it back up. No mention of repairing the damaged drywall.
The fire alarms are also not functioning appropriately. They would go off randomly all throughout the day and night on multiple floors. Everyone ignored them.
Overall, we had a great time but the building needs some work.
