This finca has excellent location if you wanna go to the EJE CAFETERO or Coffee Region, very close to Parque del Café but is really outdated, they need improvements. Service... well almost no service. Rooms and bathroom are clean, but...

The property was fine but I was expecting better staffing for I paid per night. I think for what I spent in that hotel I can get better deal in some place. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody

Hemos disfrutado de tres días muy bonitos. Un hôtel campestre muy bueno, con un servicio muy gentil y disponible. Linda piscina, hamacas, billard, ping pong. Cerca del parque. Tienen un buen servicio de comida. Les recomiendo.

En definitiva la atención es primero. Reservamos allí por sus calificaciones. Sin embargo llegamos dimos dos vueltas al hotel y nadie atendía, para colmo cuando aparecieron dicen que la reserva quedó mal y que nos toca esperar a reubicar la habitación. Las fotos son geniales, ya allí en la habitación tres camas separadas por 20cm. Totalmente acostados. El baño con el biscocho y la tapa a un lado, dañado. Al siguiente día a piscina. No nos metimos. Agua totalmente turbia. En fin es un hotel de paso disfrazado. Por el precio consigues mejores lugares...

Lugar agradable,tranquilo,con mucho verdor. Comoda habitacion. Falta un mejor servicio complementario como por ejemplo,hielo a la habitacion lo mismo que bebidas y snacks.
