The room I reserved was not available, so the people from the front desk told me to stay the first nights in that room, and ask to be moved to the right room. When I did so, they refused to change my room, not only that, but they also didn’t clean the room for the last night .

Everything was great at hotel, customer service was its best. Downfall was traffic at intersection was HORRIBLE.

Traffic there is horrible, the hotel hasn't been updated in 20 years. I know i stayed there 20 years ago and room fridge taken out.

Bathroom cleanless was terrible the soap containers were in bad condition, other peopole hair was found on the shower. the door was poor painted and with oxid on the metal parts. no towels for hands, the heat from the A/C smell very bad.

The room seemed clean but the next morning, my husband moved the bed covers and found a few hair strands but they weren't my hair color. Means whomever cleaned the room didn’t change the sheets.

I did not receive any VIP treats. The room was running down. the floor was missing some tile pieces. they gave a 2 bed room and I made reservation for a king bed. the shower curtain does not cover the shower and the water was spilled all over
