Location not safe around hotel and not enough parking horrible area will never stay there again

My stay at this Hi hotel was very very pleasant!! People at the front desk all very kind and helpful.
I will recommend this hotel to anyone who travels whether for business or family visit to Monterrey.

If you are looking for a place to just sleep, this is the right place to stay. Rooms are very, very small but cozy. If you are traveling as a couple, make sure you get one full beds instead of two small one put together. Overall, the hotel is conveniently located near parque fundidora, Arena Monterrey and other venues.

The hotel is located in a good area close to Parque Fundidora, however, it’s right across the stage where concerts take place, and you can hear them all the time. The walls are paper thin, so you can even hear people snoring at night. The space is reduced and only comfortable for a one night stay. I was in need of a hairdryer and the one in the room was broken. Asked the front desk and they were unable to provide me with one because they were fully booked and did not have any extra. It was overall disappointing.
