Cozy hotel, by the sea. Personnel very helpful and polite. Rooms clean, but they need a touch of renovation. Breakfast and meals are decent. Far from the town of Pescara (need a bus) in a neighbourhood with little choices.

We have been to Hotel Prestige early in June. We had a great time and there many positive aspects to highlight; however, one thing that stands out is staff attitude. Our daughter has cow milk and soy allergy: the staff handled that amazingly by engaging with us and making sure that we can trust that what they provided was safe. The staff assumed nothing and always double checked with us, but they went beyond just presenting a list of ingredients: they customised breakfast and meals (having an actual chef in the kitchen was great!) such that by tweaking the recipes slightly they allowed her to choose from most of the menu and not feel excluded. We think they went the extra mile there and provided an outstanding customer service compared with what we are used to. Other great things are the dishes: there are lots of restaurants, pizzerias and café’s nearby, but we actually never felt the need to go there because hotel food was simply delicious. Everyone very kind and welcoming, it has a family feeling that adds a nice touch to the holiday. The beach (sunshades and chairs come with the package) is great for kids because waters are shallow and one has to walk many yards before the knees get wet. Overall we had a great family time and look forward to go back!

Esperienza eccezionale ! Cibo del ristorante super buono ed anche il menù per nostra figlia buonissimo! Struttura super consigliata ! L’hotel a acquisito una nuova famiglia che sarà cliente abituale. Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente ottimo!

È stata una vacanza rilassante ma allo stesso tempo attiva, ci sono varie attività (soprattutto per chi ha dei figli piccoli),gli animatori sono davvero bravi, chiedono la partecipazione in tutta libertà, si mangia molto bene, c'è molta attenzione alle esigenze e richieste degli ospiti, ci sono serate a tema, il personale è davverl gentile,in particolar modo Micaela è stata un tesoro, la posizione è comoda a servizi, ad attrazioni nei dintorni ma anche per una semplice passeggiata sul lungomare, la sera comunque ci sono giochi e spettacoli. La cosa più bella è che si crea un clima familiare fra i vari ospiti, si fanno nuove amicizie e si crea un ambiente davvero accogliente. Molto indicato inoltre per i genitori che hanno bisogno di tenere impegnati i propri figli. La stanza è completa di ogni comfort ed è abbastanza schermata dai rumori esterni. Consiglio la formula all inclusive perché si ha accesso h24 a bevande e altri servizi come bici gratuite fino alle 2 ore ecc..

Bellissima scoperta, struttura top per le famiglie! Hotel pulitissimo ed e accogliente, cibo ottimo e personale sempre disponibile. Preventivo assolutamente chiaro e corrispondente a quanto offerto. Parcheggi auto disponibili in diverse soluzioni. Attenzione al cliente, dal più grande al più piccolo. Baby room con giochi per bambini sorvegliata da animatori durante il pranzo e la cena. Animazione divertente e mai invadente.
