We loved watching the daily activity of the vineyards. The views are beautiful in every direction and always changing with the light conditions.

The moment our group of 26 arrived on this magnificent hilltop Vineyard. My breath was taken away. The grounds are beautiful, maintained with care, the main building where we stayed is so perfect for Tuscany! My room had a fireplace, windows overlooking a magnificent view, an extremely comfortable bed and a well appointed bathroom with a lovely shower. The staff is more than staff, warm, welcoming, anxious to please. The food, oh my goodness the food! ask for the potatoes, you won’t be disappointed! The breakfast foods are wonderful with some thing for everyone, and dinner is outstanding! Hang out at the pool in the afternoon with a bottle of wine and some snacks, one of my favorite memories. Highly highly recommend.

This property is very beautiful in Tuscany. The staff where very nice and helpful. The apar**ent we stayed in was very big and clean.I was a bit disappointed as the pictures of the property are a bit misleading, I really wanted to stay there because I thought there would be things to do and I really thought dinner was served with the lights and as a big family style but I was wrong. To eat dinner or lunch or breakfast you have to walk up a hill to a restaurant that’s on another property but you are not allowed to use the pool there because it belongs to the other property. We stayed there for two nights and besides the pool there was nothing else to do beside of course enjoy the beautiful scenery. The property is a rural area so there are no close stores nearby you have to drive to get groceries. I would also suggest taking your own travel shampoo and soap because we didn’t get any in our apar**ent stay. They also had a wedding on a night we stayed there and we where not noticed ahead of time and the only problem we had with that was we had no where to park when we returned from our day trip we took out to San Gimignano.We also ended up with lots of ant bites that where all over both of our apar**ent beds. Other than that the food was delicious and like I said you can’t get enough of the beautiful views.

Started badly as after 4 kms awful drive up lane to property we were unable to find anyone. We stopped at the "Reception" Nobody there and no infomation on door despite us calling to say we would be there about 7.30. We eventually got a reply on phone informing us there was another reception! The owner eventually came down the drive to direct us a further 200 yds to house. This is separate from the apar**ents where the advertised swimming pool is located. We were disappointed with our stay. We expected to enjoy local dishes but the meals were like anywhere else: dry roast chicken, slab of roast meat, greasy "roast" potatoes, plain boiled cauliflower. Carpaccio of veal was the exception. Breakfast was equally boring and all self service including laying the table! Nobody greeted us to offer anything. We had to seek someone in kitchen. There were no staff around in the day and we had to help ourselves to our key from behind desk on re-entry. The place was soul less. The background music was turned off mid dinner. The room itself was spacious, the bed was good. Views superb. Lighting was very poor: no lighting at all in seating area only bedside lights. The first night the ac didnt work and there was no hot water. Bathroom heater never worked. Shower cubicle very small. Bathroom door squeaked. Generally felt hosts were not interested in guests once we had checked in. We have had a very different reception in other agroturismo properties.

Setting fantastic. Staff friendly and helpfull. Food very good. Room a little outdated and definately needs refreshing. The property has a great selection of wines which can be purchased at reasonable prices.

A nice stay in Tuscany. If you are looking for a simple place to relax and enjoy Tuscany then this is the place for you. Two swimming pools and an own restaurant. The weekends can get busy with Italian day trippers around the pool. Rooms are sober, apar**ents better, but they do need a little revitalization. At least the bathrooms with far too small shower cabins. If you do not want to leave the premises for dinner then the restaurant provides a simple menu with wines from the estate. 10 minutes driving to Lucardo gives you two more than excellent restaurants! Forget the WiFi and the 4G; it is either not working or there is no coverage.

Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni in questa struttura insieme ai nostri due figli adolescenti. Il panorama sulla campagna circostante è molto bello e l'appartamento era spazioso e dotato di uno spazio esterno con tavolo e sedie. Abbiamo riscontrato due criticità principali: non c'era campo per il cellulare nell'appartamento e anche in buona parte dell'area circostante, e anche il wi-fi funzionava molto male, a volte non funzionava per niente. Inoltre la strada per raggiungere la struttura non è molto agevole, da Montespertoli bisogna prima percorrere una strada asfaltata che però è piuttosto scomoda con discese e salite anche ripide, poi bisogna fare un altro tratto di strada bianca abbastanza lungo che non ci è sembrato particolarmente ben tenuto.

ho passato una splendida giornata tra lavoro al portatile con vista sulle colline relax in piscina con un piccolo aperitivo cena al tramonto con prodotti genuini un'oasi di pace e tranquillità, circondati dalle splendide colline della Toscana; personale qualificato ed alla mano; ottimi piatti tradizionali ma con una punta di rivisitazione che li rende ancora più accattivanti alla vista ed al palato; vino eccezionale
