Clean and close to town. It’s walkable, but up a fairly steep hill for the first part of the walk to town. Hot shower. Had to use two dining chairs in the bathroom as shelves to put things on. There are 4-5 towel hooks that are okay. Step down into bathroom. Could clearly hear talking in rooms below, even with the strong wind, at night. Also could hear one neighbor on the same level talking when trying to sleep. The plastic chairs and the table chairs are fairly uncomfortable for sitting for a meal or playing games. The staff is very helpful. The rooms were clean, and the beds were firm but comfortable.

Clean, great value for money. Beds comfy & good showers. Excellent shared kitchen & dining area. Host is super helpful & friendly. Lovely dog & cat on site to make things even more welcoming! Central location short walk to restaurants & shops. Good on site parking. Basic accomdation but excellent value in this tourist hub

Front desk was very kind and attentive. Our room was simple and clean. Safe location. Shared kitchen space. Good location. Walking distance to big super market and downtown with lots of restaurants.

This is a fabulous little place! Very conveniently walking distance to the center of Santa Elena, and not as noisy as we feared, being so close to the "highway". Our room had a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker as well as all the dishes and utensils we might need, and there was a full kitchen at our disposal in the office next to us. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. The view was spectacular from our suite, although I imagine it's not so great from most of them. There is an auto mechanic shop right behind the hotel, so it can be a bit noisy during the day.

Came back from dinner and the room was full of bugs and insects. The day later there was no one at the reception and when I eventually succeed to catch them by phone they told me they don’t care and I can leave whenever I want. Most disrespectful treatment I got from a hotel in my life.

Reservamos a través de Booking para 2 noches. 🏡 La habitación era para 4, muy espaciosa, con una cama de matrimonio (pequeña) y dos individuales. El baño sin muchas pretensiones, nada que destacar (había agua caliente). 🚗 Se puede aparcar en la puerta. 📇 Tuvimos que pagar con efectivo, porque con tarjeta nos querían cobrar un 13% de tasa… le comentamos que no estaba especificado en ningún lado ese coste extra y nos dijo que siempre era así. 💨 había muchísimo viento y ruido por la noche, ya que esta muy expuesto. 💰 12,5$ pp, hay que tener en cuenta que es barato pero no me emocionó.
