Fantastic facility with friendly and attentive staff. This was our second stay and we are planning to return next year.

Nice hotel, lovely grounds and very friendly, efficient staff. Tea/coffee making facilities would be an improvement; we would have enjoyed a coffee on our balcony early morning but no facilities to make one. No room/hotel info, no iron. Town is very close by so convenient location.

Lush greenery everywhere. Had a stream running next to our room! Complete privacy and great ambience. Very well maintained property. Had two trails in this property. And they allow guests to do trails (one is quite a challenge) on sister property. Excellent view from deck of other property.
Staff is very nice. Breakfast was included and was good.
Rooms very clean. And good decorations.
The only issue we had was they have their some of the closet space inside the bathroom (which is quite big). But it's a hassle to use it. Other than that no issues.

Amazing hotel to stay in the Monte Verde or Santa Elena area, walkable distance to the latter and the rooms, staff and food is amazing at the hotel

We LOVED this lodging. It is simple and beautiful. The staff could not have been more responsive or helpful. The breakfast included was excellent. It’s very close to lots of adventure/activities. And while it has a feeling of total seclusion, it is just a 5 minute walk to town where there are several great restaurants where we had some delicious meals with local fare. Highly recommend this property!

We had to change rooms due to a strong fragrance. The next room was much better but when we turned on the bathroom fan it smelled again - poor ventalation caused both of us headaches so we did not spend much time at the property for the three nights we booked. We wanted to dine there but it's close to $20 CDN for just a cocktail. No wonder the dining area was empty. It rains every night and the hotel does not offer TV so it was boring come the evening. On a positive note the breakfast was very enjoyable and Rebecca was most helpful to ensure our laundry was taken care.

Very nice breaffast
Check out the trails on the hotel property. Excellent bird opportunities including toucan and quetzal.
The rooms are very comfortable but if you want a quality view from your veranda you will need to opt for the more expensive rooms.

This hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is great! The beds were comfy too.. we liked that they had a drinking water dispenser where we can fill up our water bottles. So no need to buy water bottles. Staff was very attentive. The hotel is close to town. Less that a 5 min drive where there a multiple eating options. Very convenient
I do wish that the rooms had a tv. I like to watch tv to unwind after a busy day.

The property was beautiful and everyone on staff were wonderful.
The window in the bathroom was facing the hall and was open so it could get noisy but wasn’t a big impact to our stay.
