The problem I had in this hotel was I had no WiFi in my room. I brought it to their attention and they said it was fixed. This was the beginning. I brought it to their attention at least 6 times during my 1 night stay. Always they said it fixed or will check it. Anytime I needed WiFi I had to go down to reception to get a signal. This was many many times. Never once did they offer to change my room. Never once did anyone in this hotel apologize to me for my inconvenience. Not once. They pretend there is no problem. If you need WiFi. Do not stay in room 802. At first the signal is weak then in 3 minutes you have nothing. Again room 802 has no WiFi. Pure incompetence. I would like to finally get an apology.

Nos sorpredio gratamente por la amabilidad del personal. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion por problemas en las instalaciones y lo hicieron rapidamente. Las instalaciones son bantante modestas, pero guarda relacion con la relacion precio-calidad. La ubicacion es excelente. El desayuno era justo pero suficiente.

Localização excelente. Atendimento cordial e hospitaleiro. O café da manhã atende as expectativas. Pontos negativos: Falta isolamento acústico, com muito barulho no abrir e fechar das portas e ouve-se tudo do apartamento vizinho e corredores. O box do banheiro é curto e a água do chuveiro molha tudo. No geral, nota 9!

El hotel tiene pésimas almohadas. Casi no salia gua de la ducha , del toilette y tampoco del bidet. El inodoro estaba obstruido. El cofre de seguridad de la habitación no funcionaba. No funcionaba el wifi. Desayuno normal. Empleados de la recepción te tratan con soberbia por no poder dar aunque sea una solución a uno de los problemas aquí señalados. El hotel tiene buena ubicación céntrica, nada más. Caro para lo que brindan. No volvería jamás a hospedarme en ese hotel.

Hotel muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de Montevideo. Te atienden con mucha amabilidad y cordialidad. El desayuno es correcto. Las habitaciones son cómodas. Al menos en la que siempre me alojo, la presión del agua es excelente. Al baño le falta un poco de luminosidad. Sólo le falta tener alguna manta o frazada.
