Bem localizado, com café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Quarto amplo, limpo, com boa claridade das janelas, porém o banheiro com pouca iluminação.

El hotel cumple muy bien con lo que buscaba, ubicación frente al mar en la zona de Carrasco, instalaciones, desayuno, estacionamiento. Muy bueno contar con bicicletas de cortesía!!! Lo volvería a elegir!
Como punto a mejorar, deberían mejorar las almohadas... son demasiado flojas.

Perfect for business trip to Montevideo. Located in Carrasco, where time seems to slow to enjoy live while having all benefits of a beautiful city, little far from the port but very close to the airport. In front of the sea/river. Rooms and amennities are standard, attention is perfect, people takes their time to help, gentle and with professional manners

I chose this place due to the amazing location. Unfortunately, service and cleanliness were subpar.
My allergies were killing me, and then I found out why: there were cats sleeping on the “clean” bedding and towels.
One of the cats was roaming on the breakfast area and even on the table.
room service didn’t refill supplies, barely tidied up the beds.
Won’t go back.

Old and totally careless hotel, don’t even think about staying here, is a total waste of money(find better place with the same rate elsewhere). Staff not friendly at all (specially at the reception desk), rooms need urgent renovation and a good cleaning (dirty), mattress need to be changed and breakfast is just ok…. Only good about this hotel is the location (beach front) otherwise….

while the accomodations were clean and comfortable and the hotel well situated, the night manager, Manuel ruined the experience for me. he was so incredibly rude to me. i woke up early to exercise and went to the breakfast room to get a cup of coffee at 5:45am. the coffee was already made and it was just a question of pouring it into a cup. he would not let me have any because the restaurant officially opened at 7. he was nasty, yelling at me that it was 5:45am!! i have travelled all over the world and NEVER experienced this kind of treatment.
