I asked before I arrived for help with transportation. It was very difficult.
Every time I called from the Venue we went to, to try and get a ride back to the hotel they kept hanging up on me. Who ever was answering would not respond on the other end and hung up.
Leaving us basically stranded. Very poor communication!!!!

It was a great place to stay. Thermal pool, sauna and Turkish bath included in the rate were awesome

Horrible experience! Pictures aren’t accurate; everything in this hotel is old. Smell in the pools is unbearable so they could not be used. Only part which seems decent costs 45 euros extra. Airconditioning started pouring water. Staff told us it was fixed but it wasn’t. When we told this the next day there was no apology possible. Breakfast was disgusting with old bread. Conclusion: have been to many hotels but this was for sure one of the worst experiences of my life! Don’t go here!

First off, this is a medical wellness spa as well as resort. So there’s a vintage hospital feel , which we happened to love. The staff was kind and tolerated our lack of Italian. The fixe-prix dinner was great! And breakfast and spa access were included. No restaurants nearby on weekdays and you need a car to access

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel, perché impegnato in un corso di aggiornamento in medicina termale, ospitato nella sala congressi della struttura stessa. La classificazione 4 stelle può apparire generosa se si considera l'aspetto un po' datato di alcuni particolari (corridoi con moquette, servizi igienici e arredi delle camere molto easy, porte con serratura elettronica ma per nulla fonoisolanti); ma risulta invece più che meritata per quanto concerne la ristorazione e la dotazione di apparecchiature per i trattamenti termali, il magnifico parco e il comodo parcheggio.

Il beneficio che questa acqua riserva è incalcolabile. Forse la gente scambia per “terme” le piscine con il cloro, allora devono venire qui per capire la differenza! Siamo state in acqua dalle 10 alle 18, galleggiando e respirando benessere! Tutto il centro di cure è in ordine. Tutti sono stati gentilissimi. La sauna è una vera sauna potente, così come il bagno di vapore. La palestra ha macchine ottime. Inoltre il parco con alberi secolari è stupendo. Tanta sostanza che fa di questo centro di cure termali un posto speciale e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Soprattutto: l’acqua salata dona una pelle levigata fantastica con un effetto lifting che mi ha sorpreso!!!! Ci torneremo ad ottobre per fare anche i fanghi termali! Sabrina

Abbiamo trascorso in questo hotel una notte in compagnia di amici e colleghi, un gruppo veramente numeroso! è stato un week end molto piacevole e rilassante. le camere erano spaziose e silenziose, ho riposato molto bene. Il centro termale è comodissimo, esci e rientri in accappatoio dalla camera. è piccolo ma non manca nulla, bagno turco, sauna, tiepidarium e due grandi piscine di acqua termale, con idromassaggio. abbiamo trovato due giornate di sole, un caldo fuori stagione, e abbiamo approfittato anche del solarium. abbiamo mangiato in hotel sia a cena del giorno di arrivo che a pranzo il giorno della partenza. piatti preparati con cura, anche ricette locali. ricco il buffet degli antipasti e dei contorni. anche la colazione ricca e varia, servita fino alle 10, quindi anche per i meno mattinieri. il personale in generale molto gentile e sempre presente. il sabato sera l'intrattenimento con il pianobar è stato divertente!
