The stay was great.. but they are under staffed. It seemed like the hotel was being run by one person at 6:00pm at our check in. We waiting for over 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk(he was in another person's room fixing their AC)

Charged me twice for a room and wanted to argue with me about refunding me. While taking a shower the tub almost over flowed because the water wasn’t draining.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel. It is getting old and is in need of a make-over. Carpets look soiled, our desk chair was torn, and many marks, dents, and stains on walls. There was a bug of some kind in our bathroom.

When we checked in we had to bring our luggage upstairs as there was no first floor rooms. However, the elevators were not working. When we got to our room the tv remote didn’t work and my son said the first desk was not friendly. The Chiat at the desk is broken and we have to stay in a handicapped room. Not happy at all and would like to know how this can be adjusted as we have paid advance for such a horrible experience.
