Je déconseille fortement, clairement pas au standing des autres hôtels Mercure. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas et les chambres sont des fours, pas de prises à côté du lit, le plafond dans la salle de bains très bas, trous dans la moquette, lumière du soleil qui traverse les rideaux et j'en passe. Seul point positif, le personnel est agréable. Ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles, établissement vétuste.

L'emplacement est top ! Le personnel est agréable. Petit bémol, il y avait des cheveux collés au niveau du plafond de la douche 🤔

Catastrophique: climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, réfrigérateur en panne, pas d'eau à mon arrivée vers 16h .... aucun responsable, seuls de jeunes stagiaires qui tentaient de faire au mieux en proposant des boissons gratuites, ils n'étaient absolument pas épaulés. Quelle catastrophe pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Et le lendemain au moment du départ : aucune excuse présentée.
