Het hotel was mooi en artistiek ingericht.
Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het enige minpuntje was het ontbijt dat bestond uit een kaal croissantje met koffie.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Personale giovane, gentile e disponibile. La struttura è un po’ datata ma ha il suo fascino. La prima colazione è minimale, potrebbe migliorare con una maggiore offerta di prodotti.

Cute art gallery/hotel with free croissants, coffee and juice for breakfast. It was perfect for our needs for quick trip to Montreal. There is cute shopping, art galleries and great restaurants close by as well.

Facility itself was nice and room was spacious and reasonably comfortable. 2 stars due to hotel personnel who, after we notified several times that cable TV was out throughout our stay, refused any adjustment to the bill despite knowing of the problem beforehand (learned at check out), failing to notify us and other guests of the issue upon check-in and still refused accommodation.

TV was horrible. Everything else outstanding.
Breakfast only croissants and coffee. More choices would have been better.
Very nice staff.
$6 for a can of coke, really!

My experience at LHotel was disappointing. Firstly, the parking situation was frustrating as they failed to inform about car size limits, leaving me unable to cancel. Moreover, the unexpected parking fee and suggestion to find alternative parking added unnecessary stress. The breakfast offering was subpar, limited to just croissants. The room was noisy, hindering a peaceful stay. Additionally, the persistent issues with the room card and the reception's lack of communication made problem resolution difficult. Overall, a stay marred by communication gaps and unaddressed inconveniences. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Very much enjoyed the stay. Very clean.Loved the eclectic art work.
Most of the staff seemed young & a bit inexpérienced but all were polite and pleasant. Hotel could use a humidifier; room was Extremely dry. A sélection of pillow (soft/hard) would be nice.
