There was a problem with the booking from the Qube-*******; so everything went wrong from the wrong codes erc. I have asked numerous times to be contated and called and no one called. I have tried the 2 phone nimbers of the Qube and both are disconnected. After all those years with ******* this was a first for me to not enjoy at all my stay as i had tk change rooms etc!

Great location, good value. One outlet didn’t work, top floor was super hot (room was fine)…little issues only. Good closet space for a small room. Nice lounge. We would return….

Literally everything was perfect except some of the lights didn’t work. But still that was no big problem because the room was very well-lit!

Excellent home away from home experience. The comfortable and spacious apar**ent with a kitchenette allowed us lots of options during our stay. The immediate area is quiet with great dining options.

I have been trying to reach customer service to discuss how the internet wasn’t working the ENTIRE time. I paid 1300 for 4 days only to also have a $120 phone bill because I had to use my own data. I am still waiting for someone to call me back. Please advise asap

This place had lots of little extras, like very nice roof patio with a tub, and a nice gathering area on the main floor where all guess can meet.
It was also easy enough to reach the operators of this place. They were very helpful in answering questions I had about parking and checking time.

I accidentally booked for the wrong date. Customer service was very responsive and had it all sorted within 15 minutes or less. Great neighborhood vibes and incredible places to eat just a few steps away. Highly recommend this place!

The A/C was not functional. I attempted to set the temperature lower, and gave the unit a good amount of time to let the temperature come down. The baseboard heaters were on in the common areas, and the temperature in my unit was approx. 31 degrees. I contacted the help line, left a message and was never called back. The heat made it extremely difficult to rest.
