the location is good, 5 minutes walk to metro station. no one cleaned the rooms for our 5 days stay.

This hotel has a number of pluses and minuses! Great location and cheap . Negatives were noise from the night club below every night. Not being able to speak French caused communication problems! Overall the positives exceed the negatives !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en mars du 11 au 18 , l' ascenseur était en panne pendant 3 jours sachant que mon conjoint ne peut pas marché et notre chambre situe au 4 ème étage. Aucun geste commercial nous a été proposé par la responsable pas du tout agréable , de plus, j ai du demandé un rouleau de papier toilette. Aussi ,au regard des tarifs et de la prestation rendue, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Passei 10 dias neste alojamento e avaliei este quarto com duas estrelas por vários motivos, pedi um quarto com cama de casal e apresentaram me com duas camas individuais juntas, não dormi uma noite inteira sem acordar por causa do meio da cama. Não havia tomada ao lado da cama suficientes para ligar o candeeiro e para por a carregar o smartphone ou qualquer coisa. O armário da roupa era muito pequeno, tem um cilindro de agua que faz barulho durante a noite toda. Fiquei no 6º andar e conseguia ouvir tudo o que se passava na rua, a nível de isolamento é zero. A televisão era antiga. Na cozinha até era mais ou menos bem equipada, o grande problema é não ter exaustor, o cheiro ficava na habitação toda. Na casa de banho não havia secador para o cabelo, e o exaustor trabalhava mal. No corredor em direção ao elevador só existe um sensor para a iluminação, por isso entre o quarto e o elevador a maior parte do caminho é as escuras. Durante a estadia de 10 dias apenas e apenas uma vez vieram ao quarto para fazer limpeza. Uma bom ponto positivo era a localização do mesmo, é relativamente perto do metro de de alguns mercados.

En séjour sur 3 nuits à la résidence. Très bon accueil. Personnel agréable et souriant. Le studio est correct, pas de dernières générations, mai correct. Studio propre, avec kit de propreté dispo. Il mériterai un coup de peinture. Café et thé d’accueil. Salle de sport, blanchisserie et local poubelle dispos. Parking à côté est un plus (l’accès plus contraignant avec un badge et clés pour l’ascenseur) Petit déjeuner correct mais je trouve le prix élevé pour ce qu’il y a à manger. Si on veut des viennoiseries (mini) il faut arriver très tôt. Car pas beaucoup de quantité. Idem pour la charcuterie ou seul 4 tranches sont dispo. L’ouverture à 7h est tardive. 6h30 serai mieux. Sinon j’ai passé un bon séjour, calme.

Todo estuvo muy bien solo tengan cuidado de llegar en horas laborables porque no hay nadie que atienda, mucho cuidado.

Lieu de séjour idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes en visite à Paris - Proximité métro, supermarché et possibilité de dîner dans les brasseries ou restaurants à proximité
Logement spacieux (avec une salle de bains pour les enfants et une salle de douche pour les adultes, deux pièces séparées pour dormir). Cuisine bien aménagée. Petit déjeuner correct
