Occidental Eden Beruwala

Doświadczenie było bardzo złe. Zarezerwowałem hotel wcześniej, ale kiedy dotarłem do lokalnego hotelu, powiedziano mi, że w recepcji czekała duża grupa osób. Całość była bardzo zła komunikacja odbywała się tam i z powrotem pomiędzy trzema stronami. Jeszcze bardziej oburzające jest to, że w jednej z rezerwacji nie ma miejsca. Nigdy nie myślałem, że platforma tak duża jak Ctrip popełni taki błąd. W tym sezonie w Beruwala jest gorąco, a wieczorem zdarzają się ukąszenia komarów. Ostateczne rozwiązanie też było okropne Od tamtej pory nie odważyłem się tego zrobić ponownie. Zarezerwowałem zagraniczny hotel w Ctrip.

Przyjazny personel, czysty pokój

This is more a resort then a normal hotel. with good facilities . Even though it is more then 20 years old it is still o'kay and is currently being updated and renovated. Back when it first opened ,it was probably the best resort in all of Sri Lanka!! Quiet location ,a bit out of town ,but easy to get a Tuk Tuk to get around. it is about 2 hours by bus from Colombo ,or probably quicker by train ........ but not as much fun! Staff where freindly and helpful if needed.

Staff and their families had a weekend out to commemorate the 45th Anniversary of Senaratne Insurance Brokers from 14th September to 16th September. It was a pleasant, memorable and enjoyable two days. The hotel staff did a fantastic arrangements and looked after all of us exceptionally. F&B Manager Prasad and his staff and Sanka and his Administration staff did a wonderful job with a passion to ensure that all had a memorable stay.

Nice place with superb hospitality. Staff is very friendly and made sure our stay was a memorable one. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the food. Not only was it delicious and up to the highest standard, but the staff also made sure to treat us with a smile every time.

Good hospitality by the staff especially Ms Sandhu and her team. Food and spread was excellent. Ambience is also good. We are here with our families and friends and when we checked in we had a nice Sri Lankan welcome provided by guest relations team. And they promptly attended to us and give us rooms on time even hotel has back to back operations. That’s how is best example for Sri Lankan hospitality..

I stayed at occidental Eden Beruwala for a 2-night.The customer service was outstanding; the staff was consistently friendly and very quick. The hotel was impeccably clean, from the lobby to the rooms, which were well-maintained and spacious. The food in the hotel restaurant was varied and delicious, with excellent service to match. My room was comfortable, featuring a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant stay."

I stayed one night at Occidental with my workmates and had the most relaxing experience thanks to the amazing hospitality of Mr. Niroshan, front office staff, housekeeping staff as well as the restaurant staff. A big shout out to all the staff for the pleasing bedside manner and prompt service in making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I was impressed with the speedy and prompt service of the housekeeping and in room dining service as well as the ever smiling serving manner of all the staff! I surely recommend this place as a great place to have a relaxing holiday or a business getaway! Kudos to OccidentalEden❤️
