"We decided to celebrate my latest book publication by booking a table for two at the Writers’ Table restaurant. On this Saturday morning, we were treated to a pleasant surprise. A three-course menu was offered at a special price. The starter was a delicious egg concoction followed by a lamb main dish. For dessert we had ordered their café gourmand which consisted of coffee with no less than five dessert types. It was a great experience due to the atmosphere and great service."

I loved the Les Noces room; it's like a fairytale attic, cozy with modern touches, although you should be careful not to scratch your head. "After booking this hotel after it being highly recommended I was left feeling very disappointed with my stay. Given the cost to stay at the hotel I expected much more than I got. If you want your room serviced during your stay apparently you have to leave the sign requesting to service outside the door, that is something I have not seen before. The noise from the restaurant was very loud. Breakfast was fine but overall the whole experience was pretty poor."

Walking distance to the downtown walking streets, restaurants, shops, and the walking path along the lake. Easy drive to other lakeside towns (including Freddie Mercury's town of Morges) and ferry rides to the French side of the lake."

"A new and clean hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly. The large suite with a spacious living room (approximately 65 square meters) overlooks Lake Geneva. A magnificent and unobstructed view of the lake and Mont Blanc. An 8-minute walk to the town center. A 3-minute walk to Morges Saint-Jean train station for travel to Lausanne and elsewhere. A restaurant specializing in perch fillet and a small supermarket on the ground floor. Very convenient. Our friends were very happy to have stayed at this hotel. We highly recommend it."

"An initially positive experience that ended disastrously with extra charges for breakfast, which was initially included but ended up costing €20 per person per day and wasn't worth it. On top of that, there were "damage" charges in the room for a kettle and a bed duvet. The hotel debited €290 from my Visa card completely unjustifiably, and despite Hotels.com's intervention, the manager refuses any dialogue. Beware..."
